Everyone went above and beyond, but Alejandro stood out as truly exceptional — kind, attentive, and always one step ahead of what we needed. His professionalism and warmth made our stay extra special. The terrace and breakfast experience was beyond amazing. Every morning we were greeted by the most breathtaking view of Positano — a panorama of colorful homes cascading down the cliffs toward the sparkling sea. Sitting there with a cup of perfectly brewed coffee and a plate of freshly baked cakes and pastries felt like something out of a dream. The breakfast selection was generous and delicious, offering everything from fresh fruit and eggs to croissants straight from the oven. The room was spotless, comfortable, and filled with natural light, with a view that we’ll never forget. At night, we could sit on our balcony and listen to the sounds of the coast while watching the lights of Positano shimmer below. What really sets Hotel Conca d’Oro apart is the combination of outstanding service, warm hospitality, and an unbeatable location. It has that perfect balance of quiet relaxation and easy access to the heart of Positano. Yes, there are a few steps (as expected in Positano!), but every one of them is worth it for the incredible views and peaceful atmosphere that await you at the top. My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. We enjoyed our stay, the staff was awesome, the food delicious.

It's a very special place.... Beautiful, beautiful. The hotel is well decorated, and the staff is very pleasant and attentive. Perhaps it's not recommended for very elderly or disabled people due to the access, stairs, and more stairs.

The hotel is amazing we had the wedding there few days ago ! The manager Arianna made our big day nice & smooth! We are so glad we choose Hotel Conca D ‘ Oro for our wedding reception ! We had a lovely time with friends & families ❤️

We stayed with six people, divided between two rooms and a suite. The hotel is simply wonderful: the view is like something out of a postcard, a truly memorable experience. The restaurant service deserves a 10/10: we're used to high standards, but we can say without hesitation that this was the best hotel restaurant we've ever stayed in. Excellent food, impeccable service, and attention to detail at all times. The rooms are bright, welcoming, and meticulously maintained; the extremely comfortable bed made our sleep pleasant and rejuvenating. The bathrooms are clean, tidy, and meticulously finished, confirming the impeccable management. Special praise goes to the staff, exceptional in every way: always available, kind, and smiling, they made our stay even more enjoyable. Making this experience even more unique is the family management: the owners run the hotel with passion, dedication, and a care that is evident in every detail, conveying a rare and precious authenticity. Excelente ubicación. Se fue hambriento. Un montón de adiciones especiales del chef que se ven muy bien, pero no realmente la comida. La tubería principal incluía un pequeño filete de lubina sin nada más en el plato y sin opción incluso de pedir lados. Los filetes de búfalo con patata ofrecían una rodaja decorativa de 2 mm de la verdura. Si hubieran servido una comida decente, recomendaría el teatro, pero ¿40 euros + una cabeza para la comida y todavía tiene hambre? Mi hija se dirigió a la tienda de comestibles para comprar fruta fresca después de la cena. Me dijeron que estaba reservado a las 8 pm y 830, así que fuimos a las 7 y había más personal que mesas (5 y 3 respectivamente). Hora de pensar.

This hotel went above and beyond for my wedding. We stayed 3 nights and it was amazing. I would highly recommend them for anyone traveling in the area or for an event like a wedding or proposal. Their instagram has all the photos and videos you could need to see the place. You will have to take stairs to reach the place and the hotel will be able to schedule someone to move your bags for you if need it. The view from this place is worth it. They accommodated my gluten free allergy. Great service and I appreciate them so much. Will definitely be back.
