Luckily there is the food area which continues to attract customers. I go back once a year and find fewer and fewer businesses open. This, nowadays, is happening in several shopping centers (see also Il Tirreno a Belvedere).

It is a nice shopping centre, spread over 2 floors and with parking outside and in the basement. There are shops of all kinds and types, some have managed to maintain a good level over the years, others, such as electronics and IT, have dropped drastically. Recommended for everyone and with many attractions for children.

You can find a bit of everything, clothing stores, electronics, supermarket, bookshop, refreshment area etc... I must add that compared to last year it seems to me that the shops are emptier

La Perla Del Tirreno

20/11/2024: Restaurant located on the sea, where you can taste excellent fresh fish dishes. The owner is always affectionate and very kind, and the staff is attentive to the customer's needs. It's not the first time I've had lunch with them and of course we will return. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
03/11/2024: All around a great restaurant. Ambiance, service, food. Since there wasn't that much going on, at my request a dish was made that wasn't on the menu. Thank you again

02/09/2024: Good choice of spirits and beers for those who want to spend a few hours of lightheartedness, friendly staff and a welcoming place even if it's a little small inside.
20/07/2024: Very knowledgeable staff ready to give advice. They cannot serve food but make it possible to consume food from outside.
