A gay venue with a good, fun atmosphere. You have to become a member at the entrance, and it's worth it. However, it gets very hot when it's full.

Very friendly and helpful staff, both at the reception and at the bar. An excellent alternative to the capital's more upscale evenings; very crowded on Saturdays. The only downside: it's too hot and the air conditioning is completely inadequate; you sweat even when standing still.

Company is a key venue in Rome's gay scene, especially known among the bear scene. It also has a location in Milan. It's not big, but the atmosphere is welcoming and makes you feel part of something. I remember it was one of my first steps: I came here almost to try it out, out of curiosity and a bit of apprehension, and it was the place where I began to feel freer and less judged. DJs keep the evening lively with a mix of pop and dance, while karaoke nights add a touch of lightness and make even those who aren't used to singing smile. Of course, not everything is perfect: the entrance can be crowded, and the bar doesn't offer a great variety. But it remains a place that retains a special value, especially for those looking for a simple, inclusive, and authentic atmosphere, where they can take their first steps without feeling out of place.

Excellent place to go out dancing and have a good time

I spent a couple of nights in Rome and went to Company twice. Everything was great. Upon arrival (especially Cristiano) was nice and friendly—I only speak Spanish and a little English, so he made things easy for me. The guys who visit the place were cheerful and friendly (like good Italians), and the music was great (some pop, some house, and some urban). The price may be a bit high for a membership, and the drinks a bit higher than average, but it's totally worth it. I hope to return soon!
