Very welcoming place, located inside a wonderful square with expert and professional staff in carrying out their work.
Granita, ice cream and brioche among the best I have ever eaten. Excellent quality of the savory too. I highly recommend trying the pizza for lunch, the arancini and the focaccia. Truly one better than the other and above all prepared with local and super fresh products!!

Perfect place for breakfast, they have (of course) ice cream options and savory breakfast as well. I had a really delicious canolo and my bf had arancini with ragu. And a slice of pizza, spoiler, arancini would have been enough! Perfect coffee and perfect service, and the view on the theatre - just impeccable.

Although Catania isn't the city you'd typically associate with granita, at Comis I found what I consider to be the absolute best. The quality is truly astonishing: perfect consistency, just the right amount of creaminess, authentic and intense flavors, and the freshest, highest-quality ingredients.
Each flavor stands out for its balance and richness, offering an experience that goes far beyond a simple granita. In my opinion, it's undoubtedly the best in Catania and absolutely worth the stop.

We visited this café twice. The first time was wonderful - the almond granita was delicious, especially with the brioche. The second time, the waiter seemed a bit confused. We ordered almond granita again, but he forgot the brioche, and when we asked, he brought us two spoons instead. He probably didn’t speak English. Another waitress then served us and understood our request.

No estaba convencido de mi elección, ya que está muy cerca del Teatro Billini - para una buena ubicación a menudo puede significar que el lugar puede ser una trampa para turistas. ¡Mi suposición no se hizo realidad en absoluto!
El personal es todo amable, granita y café helado eran muy agradables y sabrosos en una tarde cálida soleada. El precio es muy competitivo también. Totalmente recomendable.

Sapevamo fosse una delle più buone gelaterie in città, piacevole scoprire anche la focacceria con una buonissima e fornita tavola calda, focacce, insalate per poter pranzare.
