Com Saigon In Firenze

I love eating Asian cuisines but I have to say this is one of my favorite restaurants. Any dish tasted has always been delicious and of high quality. Very nice place, kind and qualified staff, right pieces. Highly recommended!!

After a month in Italy we needed something different and this place hit the spot. Great food, authentic Vietnamese tastes excellent service and a great soundtrack in the background. 1970’s classics Beatles Dylan and the Stones. Came here twice and will be back

So, starting by saying that I have read the negative reviews of the place and I can only disagree with each of them. Meanwhile, the place is spotless and very welcoming. The staff is friendly, kind and very helpful in explaining the Vietnamese tradition and how to best enjoy it. The dishes are delicious and were enjoyed a lot. We didn't wait long, maximum 10 minutes for a dish. Fair prices for the quality and quantity of the dishes offered on the menu. We will definitely be back! Excellent Vietnamese restaurant in the center. Friendly staff, unique and very good food. Too bad there is no air conditioner or fan in hot periods like this....

Di base ho mangiato benissimo, in un ambiente molto ospitale! Ci sono molti piatti tra cui scegliere e sembrava tutto buonissimo, anche guardandosi intorno… tornerei molto volentieri a provare altre pietanze tipiche

Siamo stati recentemente, un sabato sera, locale pieno, un po' di attesa ma portate buone e preparate con cura. Tuttavia il gran numero di clienti ed i ridotti spazi disponibili, creano una situazione talvolta caotica ed un certo disordine sia nella sala con cucina a vista (spazio per cucinare ridottissimo) che nei servizi igienici (quello delle donne trasformato in un ripostiglio e le prese elettriche sono mancanti o da ripristinare). E quando c'è disordine poi inevitabilmente si verifica trascuratezza e carenze igieniche. Suggerisco pertanto di dedicare un po" più di tempo a riordinare e pulire e trovare un diverso equilibrio con il numero di coperti realizzabili ogni sera, scelta scomoda ed economicamente non conveniente ma .... se passa la ASL forse va peggio. Forse il problema è questo, pochi controlli a tutela dei clienti.
