In transito, direzione Palermo, ci siamo fermati in questo ristorantino di Porto Empedocle aperto nonostante già pomeriggio: buoni i primi, ottimo e freschissimo lo spada panato ben cotto al forno.

Pranzo in questo ristorante di Porto Empedocle, dopo l’immancabile visita al parco della Valle dei templi. Menu di pesce, che arriva direttamente dai pescherecci di famiglia. Titolare gentilissimo e sapiente, piatti ottimi, abbondanti e ben presentati. Tartare di crudo eccellente e spaghetti alle vongole e limone da manuale. Ambiente molto gradevole e conto finale corretto. E’ valsa la deviazione.
