The place has changed its name today, it is called Adagio and I believe it is also managed. A very nice place in a place from times gone by, a small village rich in history and with its own charm. The place is located in the town square and is managed by two very nice and helpful sisters. We had dinner enjoying the dishes places prepared with high quality raw materials. I suggest always booking because if you want to dine outdoors there are not many places. I would recommend the wild boar which in my opinion is very good. There is certainly no shortage of wines from the area which are an excellent pairing with the dishes. Try it.

Monte Castello di Vibio is a gem in the green heart of Italy, this restaurant completes its beauty. Excellent quality cooked superbly. Giada and Giorgia put love and passion into it. Highly recommended!

Full marks...beautiful restaurant with great, delicious food and very friendly service. 3 courses with mineral water. Wine and Amaro EUR 54. Meat was cooked to perfection as ordered! Beautifully presented. I'll go there again!

Out of curiosity, having read about this new place, I wanted to try it. Run by two very nice and service-minded sisters, overall a positive experience, the presentation of the meat could be improved, the cut served on a platter, gets cold immediately and hardens. For the rest I would say positive, perhaps I was expecting more variety in the choice of food, still good, average price.
