Colognole In Pontassieve

We came just for the vineyard tour and wine tasting... A great time in the company of the owner, fascinating and passionate. It was beautiful and delicious!

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. My girlfriend and I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere—there were no children around, making it the perfect place to truly relax. The on-site restaurant was outstanding; the food was the best I have ever tasted in Italy. The waitress and the two chefs were incredibly kind and attentive. Their wine selection was extensive, and you could even purchase bottles to take home, along with their excellent olive oil. The hotel staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with beautiful views. The pool was spotless and inviting. The only minor drawbacks were the lack of air conditioning, which wasn’t a major issue but would have been a nice addition, and the limited number of pillows. Despite these small points, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a relaxing and high-quality stay.

Amazing place, so peaceful and refreshing. The hosts are so friendly and welcoming and the food is some of the best in Italy! Can not recommend enough. We will be back!
