Per la prima volta sono andato a cena con la famiglia a "La collina delle balene" di Asti e posso senz'altro ritenermi molto soddisfatto. I piatti sono creati con materie prime freschissime e l'impiattamento è da foto (come quelle allegate). Sapori originali e abbinamenti ricercati. Quantità azzeccate per arrivare con piacere a fine pasto. Menù base completo e possibilità di alternative su richiesta. Il locale è semplice, ordinato e piacevole. Cordialità del titolare che ha addirittura offerto la cena per le nostre due nipotine, una cosa mai vista. Insomma, un'esperienza da ripetere e consigliare!

Highly recommended, the kind-eyed owner will explain what will be served to you, as it is a fixed menu, but I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

Good fish restaurant that offers a fixed menu, traditional dishes renewed with combinations that are not always perfectly successful, but where the owner's research work and passion are noticeable. The staff is extremely kind and friendly, also competent in recommending wines to pair. Desserts good but average. The environment appears a little anonymous, personalization in the details would make the atmosphere more pleasant. Good value for money

Confesso che eravamo in crisi di astinenza! Tre settimane di chiusura estiva per noi erano state troppe… Per fortuna martedì 20 c’è stata la riapertura e non abbiamo mancato l’appuntamento.Il cliché, per fortuna, non è cambiato: 4 antipasti sempre straordinari, i cavatelli con passato di fagioli e calamaretti valevano il viaggio ed il fritto finale era da manuale (c’era anche il tonno scottato ma non ci stava più…). La scelta è possibile solo col dolce e con gli amari. 40€ di grande felicità!

13/05/2025: Our Favorite Spot – Consistently Outstanding Back at this gem after a few months — and once again, the dinner was absolutely outstanding. Every dish was full of flavor, beautifully prepared, and simply delicious. The ambience is calm, modern, and welcoming — perfect for a relaxed evening out. As on previous visits, the service was excellent: friendly, professional, and attentive without being intrusive. This is hands down our favorite restaurant in the area, and we keep coming back. A true standout!
13/05/2025: De vuelta a esta joya después de unos meses, y una vez más, la cena fue absolutamente excepcional. Cada plato estaba lleno de sabor, bellamente preparado y simplemente delicioso. El ambiente es tranquilo, moderno y acogedor, perfecto para una noche relajada. Como en visitas anteriores, el servicio fue excelente: amable, profesional, y atento sin ser intrusivo. Este es manos abajo nuestro restaurante favorito en la zona, y seguimos volviendo.  ¡Un verdadero sobresaliente!

10/05/2025: Simple and welcoming location, which reminds you of your grandmother's house when you were a child. The cook is a young girl who knows her stuff in terms of cooking and taste: she manages to range from a simple appetizer of Vitello Tonnato (absolutely worth trying), to an agnolotti in roast sauce with a very thin pasta that seems almost non-existent, to a burger with chips and noteworthy local meat. The wines are zero km thanks to the delicious bottles of the Goggiano winery located a few meters from the restaurant. I have yet to taste the pizza, but if this is the premise, I will definitely return 1000 more times:
