The environment is clean and tidy, and dog-friendly.
The sign at the entrance recommends not bringing cats.
The road is a bit rough, but it's worth it.

A truly fantastic experience. Let me start by saying we only had lunch at the restaurant, and I was truly impressed by the location and the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff. As soon as you step inside, you immediately feel at ease in a homey atmosphere where hospitality is unparalleled. The dishes are traditional and carefully prepared. We tried the tagliolini with white truffle, recommended by Chef Francesco, and I must say it was amazing. We will definitely return to Collebrunacchi to stop at this restaurant, which is truly worth a visit. I highly recommend it to truffle lovers, and my compliments once again to the Chef.

Historic restaurant recently renovated under new management. I must say it's excellent. Traditional dishes are updated and refined, with less quantity but more quality. Some dishes are for "trained" palates (fried mallegato, oxtail, boiled meat, etc.). Excellent first and second courses, though the snails aren't cooked properly. Excellent wines.

Excellent service and an amazing atmosphere! The warmth and hospitality here truly stand out and make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in.
The pasta is outstanding, the fries are authentic, and the food as a whole is simply unforgettable — the kind of dishes you remember because they’re just that good. And they have great vegan options!
Highly recommended!

I'd heard great things about this restaurant, and my expectations were fully confirmed.
We ate truly delicious Tuscan cuisine: sincere, fresh, understandable, and never banal.
The wine list is truly intriguing, with many gems at the right price point, allowing you to have fun and experiment.
A "modern" trattoria where you'll gladly return, and the atmosphere is always pleasant, familiar, and relaxed.
Thanks to Francesco, who let us taste two incredible wines; it was a gesture we greatly appreciated.

After many years, I returned with friends. The cuisine is excellent, inspired by the "deep" Tuscan tradition. This season, they also offer a truffle menu (truffle-wrapped egg and truffle-stuffed rabbit with a side of roffia beans). The wine list is impressive, but I limited myself to the wine from the vineyards surrounding the Collebrunacchi farm restaurant (a BAH!), and it was a pleasant surprise (12.5% ABV, but you can't taste it, not as heavy as the great Tuscan wines, and it doesn't affect your after-dinner enjoyment). I forgot that the menu changes daily. I'll definitely be back.
