I'd heard great things about this restaurant, and my expectations were fully confirmed. We ate truly delicious Tuscan cuisine: sincere, fresh, understandable, and never banal. The wine list is truly intriguing, with many gems at the right price point, allowing you to have fun and experiment. A "modern" trattoria where you'll gladly return, and the atmosphere is always pleasant, familiar, and relaxed. Everything's fine. During truffle season, the tagliolini are delicious!

After many years, I returned with friends. The cuisine is excellent, inspired by the "deep" Tuscan tradition. This season, they also offer a truffle menu (truffle-wrapped egg and truffle-stuffed rabbit with a side of roffia beans). The wine list is impressive, but I limited myself to the wine from the vineyards surrounding the Collebrunacchi farm restaurant (a BAH!), and it was a pleasant surprise (12.5% ​​ABV, but you can't taste it, not as heavy as the great Tuscan wines, and it doesn't affect your after-dinner enjoyment). I forgot that the menu changes daily. I'll definitely be back.

Sono stato a mangiare con amici. già la strada per arrivarci è splendida. Esternamente ci siamo goduti il tramonto vedendo il monte serra e le alpl apuane. Servizio attento, ottima selezioni di vini (ci siamo fatti consigliare), ottimi i piatti. Abbiamo preso in condivisione Mallegato Fritto, Cioncia, Coniglio e pollo fritto con verdure e patate fritte, lampredotto e cotolette fritte rifatte. Tutto buonissimo. Ottimo anche il pane. Organizzano molti eventi, da tornarci. In allegato i vini consigliati molto buoni

¡Qué puedo decir! Mi familia (esposa y yo con 2 hijos) comimos en este lugar increíble anoche 3 de agosto. IT de principio a fin fue una experiencia increíble, desde el viaje por la estrecha carretera hasta el restaurante, hasta llegar y ser recibidos como viejos amigos. Tuvimos la suerte de estar sentados con la vista más increíble del valle mientras cenábamos. La comida sabía increíble y tuvimos la suerte de ser hablados a través de todo en la mesa por el increíble propietario, que recomendó todo, incluyendo platos adecuados y deliciosos para nuestras hijas. Cada plato fue cocinado con cuidado, desde el arenque encurtido, bruschetta y salchichas divinas, hasta la pasta de trufa y el estofado de carne que iba a morir por! Todo bañado con una maravillosa botella de vino. He visto algunas críticas que decían IT era caro para los tamaños de las porciones, pero pensé IT era súper razonable para la calidad de la comida. ¡Increíble gracia!
