Excellent dinner
I would say the tripe salad was excellent... maybe if they gave me a placemat it would have been more appropriate
Then the pappardelle with white ragu of Cinta Senese excellent, not very abundant
Water and bread, 26 euros per person seems like a good price, lower than the average of the restaurants in the area
Only one comment, but it is purely personal, the salty ragu, I prefer not to salt the sauces and measure the salt in the pasta cooking water

This restaurant was recommended to us during a farm to table gastronomic experience and we loved eating there! It's the perfect place to discover local dishes with a touch of fantasy. We ate there with our two children (9 months and 2 years old), we have fond memories of it. Let yourself be guided by the host to discover incredible and very exclusive natural wines. We ate among other things, the eggplant stratachiella, the lasagna (comforting and different), the meat pasta and two stews. These may take you out of your comfort zone when described but they were excellent. Thank you

The location, the food, and the people are unique. We ate there several times during our stay. It was incredibly delicious and truly beautiful every time. In addition to the fantastic food (authentic Tuscan dishes), the wine recommendations, the friendliness, and the view are truly unique. We highly recommend the restaurant.

Authentic Italian atmosphere and great food!
The service is very friendly and helpful and the chef likes to come by the table when he has a minute. The food was great! And the view beautiful.

A lunch born by chance, which became a discovery to remember. Colle Brunacchi is nestled in the hills of San Miniato and led with passion by Francesco, a true host.
We started with a perfectly balanced zucchini and pecorino flan and a surprising fried mallegato, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, served on fresh puntarelle and lemon and caper jam.
Then a timeless classic: tagliolini with truffle creamed in butter, served with grated cheese at the table. Excellent raw materials, precise cooking, just the right portions.
Sweet finish with crema catalana and homemade schiacciata di Pasqua, fragrant and soft.
Well-curated wine list, warm but professional service. I will definitely be back

The restaurant offered impeccable service, good value for money, and a beautiful view, and is in a very idyllic location. You can enjoy typical Florentine dishes, wild boar, and truffles. We'd be happy to return.

Op advies anderen gereserveerd. Dat reserveren ging super gemakkelijk. Op hun site een linkje naar Whatsapp en het was zo gepiept. Leuke ontvangst en persoonlijke uitleg van de gerechten op de menukaart. Voorgerecht en hoofdgerecht gehad. Prima van smaak. Tempo van serveren was prima en bediening vriendelijk en met de nodige humor. Geen pretenties, gewone kunststof campingstoelen, lekker eten, mooie lokatie en goede prijs- kwaliteit verhouding. Voor de volgende week hebben we opnieuw gereserveerd.

Pranzo per il compleanno di mia moglie , l'oste ci chiede subito cosa volesse mangiare il bambino a arriva dopo pochi minuti , patate Fritte con la buccia e battuta al coltello molto buona .
Noi mangiamo flan di zucchine crema di pecorino porri fritti e mallegato fritto su puntarelle OTTIMI
Pici al ragu buono , forse non entusiasmante, mentre le pappardelle alla lepre da sogno
Coniglio buonissimo e lampredotto eccezionale, ottimo il carciofo si contorno
4 fornaggi molto ricercati e saporiti
2 tiramisù e 1 panna montato tutti fatti a mano da leccarsi i baffi.
Il tutto accompagnato da un ottima bolla toscana 48 mesi sui lieviti
Prezzo corretto e servizio impeccabile . Location bella da tornarci con una giornata di sole . Possibilità di menù interamente dedicato al quinto quarto o alla bistecca o al fritto misto di carne a seconda del giorno
