We came here because we have been to Francesco’s previous restaurant in Brussels - Racines - a more upmarket, chic place. We loved Collebrunacchi because of its unique combination of traditional Tuscan dishes and more contemporary cuisine. We ended up coming here three times in one week. Very attentive service. Reservation strongly recommended, especially for Sunday lunch. Mostly locals.

We spent 2 wonderful days! We stayed in the B&B Collebrunacchi from 10/31/24 to 11/02/24 on the occasion of Lucca Comics! Extraordinary structure, a structure that brings a lot back to Italian traditions, when we arrived I immediately thought "this place is pure Italy"!! The room was very comfortable and clean, with a bathroom complete with every comfort. The view of the B&B and the restaurant leaves you speechless!! And finally we had dinner on the last evening in the restaurant, the quality of the dishes thrilled us so much. The location of the property is perfect for reaching a lot of places by car. The owners are very kind, helpful and friendly!! I really recommend this restaurant and B&B!! Ps. We will definitely be back!!😊

I had dinner at the restaurant, wide choice of menus, themed days (Granfritto Thursday), honest prices and a generous and refined wine list, the innkeeper always ready to recommend something good. Even the ever-smiling waitresses make the place informal and home-made, a location certainly far from busy roads, in absolute tranquility and probably with a beautiful view of the San Miniato hills (perhaps to be considered for lunch) Satisfied I will definitely return. There is also a bed and breakfast but I have not been a guest.

Nos recomendaron probar este encantador restaurante después de que los nuevos propietarios se hicieron cargo recientemente y por lo que hizo el viaje desde Castellina en Chianti (2 horas ida y vuelta) - no fue una decepción y bien vale la pena el viaje. Menús sensacionales ( 2 de hecho, así que usted es mimado para elegir y uno que no ha cambiado en 60 años! ) con una variada elección entre una cocina toscana más tradicional y un menú temático ligeramente más moderno, respetando los productos locales. Fantásticas sugerencias de vinos que pueden atender a todas las paletas a precios muy justos recomendados por Francesco, una carta de vinos que vuelve a equilibrar los vinos regionales más tradicionales con estilos ligeramente más modernos. El mejor pan que hemos tenido en más de 30 años visitando la región hecho por la panadería justo al final de la carretera y ricota fresca de la granja a solo un tiro de piedra. Lo más destacado para mí fue el calamar como principal y el arenque como aperitivo - totalmente diferente a lo que se puede encontrar en otros restaurantes locales que hemos probado y fabuloso! La vista también es notable, con el valle como telón de fondo no se puede obtener un mejor entorno en realidad. Se siente auténtico, es auténtico y te vas completamente satisfecho. ¡Sin duda volverá el año que viene!
