Relaxation holiday trip. In an excellent position away from the chaos but just a few minutes from the city of Assisi. Comfortable and convenient parking. Staff/owners helpful and super friendly.
The cuisine deserves to be tasted.

Very helpful owners, fairly good prices, beautiful building with exceptional views of the Umbrian plain. However, the rooms would need an "overhaul" in some parts. Abundant sweet and savory breakfast. Location very close to Assisi with convenient parking.

Location 5 minutes from the center of Assisi. Very comfortable. Surrounded by greenery. We stayed in an annex with our dogs. Clean with blind bathroom. But air conditioning needed and working. Everything very well looked after. The only flaw was the breakfast in a dark room, more 2 star than 3. For the rest I recommend stopping in this oasis of peace.

Wonderful place surrounded by greenery, we had a great time. Very clean, tidy and helpful managers. Abundant breakfast. Well connected to the characteristic villages. Highly recommended if you want to spend some relaxing days.

We are a group of astronomy enthusiasts and we chose this farmhouse immersed in the countryside of Assisi to spend a few days of vacation. The result was a perfect fusion between the beauty of a dark and uncontaminated sky, the preciousness of the treasures of local culture and the excellent quality of our stay. You will certainly have read about the quality of the cuisine, the cleanliness and decorum of the rooms in other reviews. We would like to add the extreme courtesy of the managers who, to facilitate our observations with the telescopes, allowed us to install them in the large garden, turning off all the lights specifically for us so that the view of the sky was the best possible. Totally positive experience, a big thank you for everything!

Abbiamo avuto fortuna a trovare una camera libera perché avevano disdetto una camera, gestione familiare camere ampie ed accoglienti, posto in mezzo alla natura . Si cena anche e si mangia bene . Molto vicino al centro storico di assisi . I proprietari sono accoglienti e molto gentili.

We stumbled upon this after not wanting to squeeze in with the lunch throngs in Spello and it turned out to be amazing. Great steak and grilled veg and before that, two primi that were really good—a sort of crusty potato puff sort of the consistency of scrambled eggs with guanciale or similar and then this rolled up radicchio sweet and savory thing that was divine. Ate it all. The staff forgot to bring a few things a few times but they were really sweet. Diners all Italians other than us; menu only in Italian—both are always good signs. Wish I had taken some pictures! Nice and reasonably priced wine list.
