I was there last summer, but I realized that the San Giovanni spa is also excellent in winter, this is because the outdoor pools are close to each other so you can easily change even if it's cold.

Very hot water, possibility of accessing the outdoor pools practically without getting out of the water, 2 large relaxation rooms frequented by people who are a little too noisy,
No control unless requested, 5 minutes and everything goes back to normal.
It is essential that the staff is more present.

I have not stayed, a spectacular spa facility with various swimming pools surrounded by greenery.
I encountered problems with cleaning in the bathrooms, which given the influx of people should be more careful and under control.
The restaurant's offer of food didn't seem up to par with the place or the region.
However, the staff who were in the external area (two guys) were very helpful.

We went to the spa, but didn't stay. The location is beautiful, the place equally beautiful, lots of greenery and several swimming pools including an indoor one. Stunning complex and very friendly staff. Provided with a large outdoor car park which also allows campers to park... Deckchairs positioned everywhere, a large relaxation area, where there is super relaxing music in the background... it's a shame that silence is not always respected. Several times, others too, we had to silence some. Served by a super bar where you can eat very well .Clean bathrooms.
