Coffee Relax In Rapolano terme

Well maintained and with various pool options but always too crowded and therefore not very peaceful

We stayed for 2 days. Real thermal water. The location was beautiful, but unfortunately we weren't able to enjoy all the pools and the outdoor park due to obvious weather conditions. The food was top-notch. The only flaw, in my opinion, was the lack of hydromassage in the pools.

We stayed one night at the hotel, enjoyed the pools, and even had a massage. It was a short stay, but wonderfully relaxing. The hotel is beautifully maintained, both inside and out. The room is basic, small, but has everything you need. It's clean. The restaurant, in my opinion, is worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant. We ate divinely, from appetizers to dessert, and they also have a vast selection of excellent wines. The staff was professional and friendly. What can I say? The pools are spectacular, both inside and out; they even have a sulfur spring that can be seen from the garden. The massage staff was competent and professional. We felt truly pampered, which unfortunately isn't a given! For a 4-star hotel, the prices are also perfectly balanced. We'll be back and I highly recommend it. Thank you.

Extraordinary place from every point of view.

I only used the pools but if you don't have treatments, two hours are more than enough.

Excellent location, beautiful spaces, beautiful outdoor pools, as well as the indoor one, a very pleasant and relaxing experience...

I've only been to the spa, so I can't write about the rooms. The service at the spa is excellent and top-notch!

The place is always beautiful, the atmosphere fantastic. It's a shame that the heating in the relaxation areas was mostly non-existent (almost all the heaters weren't working), and the central heating was so low that you couldn't feel any relief once you got out of the water. A SHAME. So you lose half the benefit.

Great place with a beautiful view for a reasonable price. On a cold day, the temperature of the water is comfortable in the covered pool and in the first external pool. The further away you go from the covered pool, the lower the temperature of the water. A bit crowded on weekends.

A truly comfortable hotel, the food is excellent, and access to some pools is reserved for hotel guests. I highly recommend it.
