We come once or twice a year to this splendid facility with its warm thermal waters. This time, the beautiful October days allowed us to fully enjoy all the pools and amenities, something that hadn't been possible last time due to the prohibitively cold temperatures. Therefore, the two outdoor pools, with cooler water temperatures and not connected from the inside, were closed. The grounds are immaculately maintained. The bistro, accessible from the pools, offers quick lunches in your bathrobe and aperitifs with beautiful sunsets. The rooms are a bit small, although equipped with all the comforts, but they are very clean. We ate very well at the restaurant for dinner.

The ultimate in tranquility and relaxation. A welcoming environment, a soothing and relaxing atmosphere. Numerous outdoor pools, as well as a very large indoor pool with very hot water jets. A room with infrared chairs to relieve pain.... rooms with relaxation chairs. An on-site bar and restaurant. Worth a try.

I've only been to the spa for the day. Nice, but very crowded. I recommend going, perhaps not on the weekend. Remove your jewelry because the thermal water can ruin it and it's difficult to get it shiny again.

I don't rate the rooms because we didn't stay there. We went for a Sunday afternoon/evening. The setting is stunning, as are the views from the infinity pool. We went with little girls (5 and 9 years old) and they really enjoyed it. Highly recommended.

Beautiful pools with thermal water. Immersed in the olive groves. I didn't see a sauna, Turkish bath, or other facilities.

17/09/2025: L'Eco della Grotta: Stunning Melody, Not Always Perfect Highs I must admit, when it comes to impressive locations, I'm always a bit skeptical about the cuisine. Here, however, the setting is truly breathtaking: dining in these ancient caves is an evocative experience that alone is worth a visit. The cuisine, however, left me with mixed feelings. I still remember the aroma that filled the table, a prelude to meat that literally melted in my mouth. "Now this is serious stuff," I thought to myself. One of my fellow diners, however, found an equally ambitious dish surprisingly timid, almost bland. The service is prompt, almost rushed at times, with a friendly staff that shows some uncertainty when tested on the winemaking details. The bill is significant.
16/09/2025: We made a reservation for dinner in the cave and it was such a cool experience. It is a little musty in the cave but it didn’t damper our experience at all. The food was very good (the burrata pasta was a highlight for us). The lamb chops were ok but lacked seasoning, the duck was good. But the pasta was the very good! Service was great.

19/10/2025: The food is truly excellent, with generous portions. The prices, which might seem moderately high, are actually very reasonable, given the quality of the ingredients. The staff is friendly and helpful. The space is spacious and well-air-conditioned.
02/10/2025: We arrived late, at 2:30 pm on a Sunday, and were greeted without any problems and fed quickly without a long wait. The food was good: two delicious mixed grills, grilled octopus, grilled radicchio, baked potatoes, and spinach; three main courses and three side dishes for two, plus an excellent wine, a Pinot Grigio Ranata from the eastern Friulian hills. We left full and happy, spending €80. The waiters were all very helpful and friendly. We used to come often in the past, both here and when it was in its old location, but we hadn't been there recently. Guilty. It's time to start again. On Sundays, it feels like a place for special occasions, with family tables like we used to see in years gone by... it's a good feeling 👍👍
