23/11/2025: My girlfriend and I happened upon this place on Saturday, November 22, 2025, and it was a wonderful surprise. Although the open-kitchen format is now commonplace, there's that extra something that makes all the difference here.
We dined at the counter, enjoying the live service: despite the full restaurant, a surreal calm reigned in the kitchen. No shouting, no banging of pots, just whispers and knowing glances between the staff. The service was always under control, delivered with calm and discretion by the Chef (to whom I personally complimented him).
The only flaw, completely unrelated to the restaurant, was the rudeness of two tables behind us, whose noise clashed with the elegance and tranquility the staff was trying to maintain; it felt like there were howling monkeys behind us. A double kudos to the staff for maintaining their concentration despite the chaos in the dining room.
22/11/2025: A delightful discovery!
My partner and I were craving ramen and stumbled upon this place, where they reserved two seats for us at the counter. The atmosphere is quiet, except for a few large tables, and the layout is nice, making you feel completely at ease despite everything being in full view.
Delicious gyoza, well-made ramen, and delicious sweets! ♥️
