02/06/2026: What an absolutely exceptional place to stay. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the tranquillity and the sense of escaping the busy tourist crowds. We enjoyed it so much that we changed our plans and dedicated an entire day to simply relaxing in the beautiful courtyard and exploring the stunning forest trails surrounding the property. The food was outstanding. Easily some of the finest we have tasted anywhere in Italy. The chef, along with every member of staff, went above and beyond to make our stay special. They even prepared delicious meals for our 6-year-old daughter that were not on the menu, which was a thoughtful touch we greatly appreciated. We loved the exclusive guest-only restaurant and fully embraced the authentic Italian dining experience throughout our stay. Every meal was memorable and showcased the quality and passion that goes into the food here. Giuseppe was fantastic. Warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, he made us feel completely at home from start to finish. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat in the heart of Mount Etna’s foothills, surrounded by nature, outstanding hospitality, and incredible food, this place is worth every penny. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and already planning our return. Highly recommended.
