We had a great evening celebrating my birthday. The staff is really kind and helpful, the food is delicious and the scenery is very peaceful and romantic. We ended a great night with a cocktail at their viewing point, 3 minutes walk from the terrace.
We had the great pleasure of dining at Ristorante Codarossa, and it was an absolutely wonderful evening. The food was simply delicious from start to finish – finely balanced flavors, beautifully presented, and of the highest quality. Every course was a delight and delighted us.
The service also deserves special praise: attentive, warm, and professional, without ever being intrusive. You immediately feel welcome and completely at ease.

Codarossa is within the Masseria delle Volpe luxury resort. The restaurant has always been good and is now extremely upmarket, with wonderful combinations of flavours and textures - and visually inviting. Desserts are sinful. But one must sin from time to time. Aldo is the Maitre D and is vigilant that every desire is met. Terrific staff. Friendly, polite service. Multi lingual. Excellent wine selection. Lunch and dinner menus are different. And if you need more, the views over the magnificent gardens and pool add that magical finishing touch. A short drive from Noto, but why not stay? Menu choices are very hard to make ....
