Good dinner, fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, excellent lamb and beef stew accompanied by a good Cesanese. Quality food not cheap. The only flaw was that the room was not too heated as it was winter.

Place discovered by chance or rather by hunger... welcoming and spacious. Polite staff and impeccable service. The starter of cured meats and cheeses was very welcome as was the focaccia. The former are truly superlative. Fresh homemade pasta combined with local products is the best. Really compliments.
P.s. entry allowed for our 4-legged furry friends.

We found this restaurant by chance after having been to the spa of the San Giorgio Hotel which is practically 200m away.
A real discovery!!
We had a quiet lunch, friendly staff, a really nice, warm and welcoming place.
We took the beef walnut stew with Cesanese wine - I highly recommend it!!! Baked potatoes and sautéed chicory!
Average prices.
In the heart of Fiuggi, in an alleyway.
Two internal rooms.
There is also a wide choice of desserts, but we didn't try them!
We will definitely be back!

Friday 10/18/2024 we ate an excellent platter for two (large portions) my girlfriend had taleggio gnocchi with speck and toasted walnuts and I had mixed grill....
I can only say everything was exceptional and the gnocchi felt like they were fresh pasta.
Advice try it.

We ate here 4 times in a few days. The place is very well looked after and clean, the best dishes are the first courses, the pasta is entirely handmade by them and enriched with traditional condiments, many dishes vary depending on the season. Marzia, the owner, always welcomed us kindly and with great availability.
The only flaw are the enormously long waiting times during weekends (it is always advisable to book) and the lack of availability of staff in the room which tends to further slow down the service.
A dispassionate piece of advice: inform the waitress on duty at the weekend that after having waited for more than 30 minutes for a dessert when the customer points it out to her, you cannot and should never, but I mean NEVER, respond to the customer in a polemical tone . If I ask you what happened to our desserts, you can't answer me (among other things thus evading the answer) "But why, are you in a hurry"? And again: "No, you're not in a hurry, right?", because it is exactly this attitude that no longer encourages us to return despite the affection for the owners. Among other things, in the room on Saturday evening, we noticed that many people got up and left the table impatiently due to the inattention of the waitress who, after having received an initial complaint, never returned to the table.
