The gelato here is 100% vegan: no dairy, no eggs, only fresh fruit and natural ingredients. It's important not to expect the taste of classic, traditional gelato, because the experience is different: more authentic, clean, and sincere. The atmosphere is simple and welcoming, with a few books to browse. When I went, I saw many mothers with children: one of them dropped the gelato from the cone (it happens, especially the first time) and without hesitation the owner remade it for him without asking for anything extra. A gesture that speaks volumes about their kindness. The flavors are varied and delicious, all with a "free from" theme – dairy-free, egg-free – but with lots of fruit. excellent ice cream parlor i had a cup of coffee flavoured ice cream. others had granita water melon flavoured both were excellent the chocolaté Flavour my son had was less optimal interestingly there is also granita with alcohol in it. didnt get to try it but that would make for an interesting combination...
