Hub piemontese di catena ligure. Bel posto, arredi eleganti e bohemien al contempo, come il servizio ed il cibo. Focaccia al formaggio buona, cacio e pepe con gamberi altrettanto.

Restaurant with modern and inviting decor. Informal atmosphere and friendly service. Good food. We had a Recco foccacia as a starter, soft, thin dough with mozzarella filling. A Livigno salad, with arugula, Parma ham, buffalo mozzarella, parmesan and walnuts.

I went with my family to Clapsy. We ate seafood appetizers such as mussel soup, tartare and a typical Focaccia with Parma ham and a soft spreadable cheese filling in the pastry...I tell you, very good. The first courses were also excellent, I ate tagliatelle cacio e pepe with Mazara red shrimp tartare and lemon zest...very good. but all the dishes were very good. Recommended

In the center of Turin we decided to have lunch in the outdoor area of ​​the restaurant. The waiter welcomed us with kindness and patience. The dishes were not very generous in portions but not bad in taste! Recommended for those who are not too hungry but like a bit of style!

Easter lunch. Two first courses and a second course divided. All in all pleasant, my pasta certainly plentiful but not memorable, the frying good and above all fresh and not old oil. The service was good and the external environment was very relaxing.

Ristorante Da Casse

02/04/2025: Ottimo il ristorante gourmet sulla terrazza esterna. Piatti curati e ben serviti, vista spettacolare e personale gentile e professionale. Ci sono piaciuti molto i tajarin con il ragù e gli agnolotti. Da provare!
09/03/2025: Located on the slopes of Sestriere, a very well-kept place with a direct view of the woods. Original menu with well-managed and well-prepared dishes.
