What a discovery! We'd never tried pan pizza before, and for a first experience, it was sublime. The place is very small, they don't take reservations, but since the service is very fast, after a 10-20 minute wait, you can easily get a seat. The pizzas were delicious, but what surprised us the most was the farinata: crispy and just the right amount of flavor. Highly recommended.

I recommend the Margherita pizza. My son's sausage pizza was perhaps too seasoned and a bit heavier.

A historic pizzeria in the heart of Turin, specializing in pan pizza and farinata. The atmosphere is decidedly informal and welcoming. I've known the staff for many years now, and I have to say they're truly fantastic. The food is excellent.

19/05/2026: A place that breaks through the wall of time and space, always current, with top food, location and staff.
14/05/2026: Excellent lunch break with pizza, a "serious" medium beer, and coffee, all for €13! Good pizza, with a very subtle impact. Fast service and a "lived-in" pub atmosphere (which is a plus!). This place is definitely worth a visit in the evening. PS: You can save €1 by ordering a classic blonde lager, for those who aren't interested in beers with more character.

16/03/2026: Excellent pizzas at a great price for the quality. There were three of us, we ordered three different ones, and they were all delicious. The Aperol was also very well made. Highly recommended!
