Restaurant, pizzeria and bar located along the Valsugana in Cismon del Grappa. Excellent both for breakfast and if you want to have lunch or dinner and ample parking.

Exceptional hospitality. Pizza with a challenging edge. But it's my personal taste. In Rome it gives us the 🍕 it is low and very digestible. In some pizzerias in Rome you can even eat two. Having said that, everything at Val Drop is excellent, even the coffee. And then several girls work there who serve the tables, very, very nice 😉 but also very kind and sometimes just being nice isn't enough. Quick to serve, they have lots of tables 💚💪 GT driver (TN)

Very large room, with attentive and helpful staff. Quick service and menu full of proposals. The gluten-free pizza is some of the best I've ever eaten.

We waited for our pizzas for about an hour, there were no breadsticks or any other type of food on the table (and yet we paid the cover charge, and quite a bit).

Albergo Rutzer Restaurant

05/05/2025: The "brand new" SPA must be booked and is only for 8 people.
21/04/2025: I just stayed at the Rutzer hotel again for the Easter period, and what can I say: it's always a certainty. This family-run hotel boasts a panoramic view over the whole of Asiago, a new and modern spa, welcoming and equipped with all comforts, an excellent restaurant and always tasty and plentiful dishes, a varied and very good breakfast and spotlessly clean, comfortable and beautiful rooms. Artemio and the staff are a love, they are always extremely helpful and really try to do everything possible to put guests at ease and make them relax as much as possible. Highly recommended from all points of view! Even if you don't stay there, try their restaurant because it really deserves it, one of the best in all of Asiago and the surrounding area (the Easter menu is always very good).
