The best pizzeria (and more) in Reggio!

I consider this place a sure thing: it opens early and closes late, so it's always a reliable option at any time, especially considering I frequent outside of weekends. The pizza is good, as are the burgers (although the "medium rare" turned out to be "medium well done"). The beer selection needs some tweaking, as when I ordered, I was told there were no stouts or porters, not even in bottles or cans. The service was quick and the atmosphere overall pleasant, except for what I discovered today, after a year and a half in Reggio, an aspect I suggest improving: smoking inside. It would be appropriate to make this more clearly visible, since the areas were presented to me as "pub area" and "pizza area," as the staff had told me. It was unpleasant to find myself eating next to someone who started smoking, justified by the fact that it was a smoking area, but without it being clearly noticeable to those sitting there. Personally, I think maintaining a smoking area is anachronistic, given that the law on smoking in enclosed spaces dates back to 2003. At the very least, it would be helpful to ensure clearer separation between areas and clearer communication, to avoid unpleasant situations during meals.

This establishment is truly wonderful. They offer a choice between two distinct areas, one for smokers and another for non-smokers. The food is exceptionally good, particularly the pizza, which I found to be remarkably easy to digest. Many places seem to have dough that is difficult to process, but this pizzeria has a delightful recipe that prevents any discomfort after enjoying a meal. The restaurant itself is pleasant and well-maintained. The only minor drawback I experienced was the waiting time. I was reminded of King Julien from Madagascar, exclaiming in exasperation, "How long is this going to take?" We waited for over 15 minutes just for our table to be cleaned and for menus to be brought to us (this was at 9:30 PM, and we had a reservation for 6 people, but no earlier times were available). Subsequently, it took another 15-20 minutes to place our food order. Once our order was taken, however, the food arrived quite promptly. It is worth noting that on less busy days, there is typically no waiting period. On weekends, when the restaurant is at full capacity, a short wait is somewhat to be expected. This is why I still awarded a five-star rating; the experience is ultimately worthwhile. If you plan to visit, I would recommend reserving a table earlier than 9 PM.

Sometimes the food is great, sometimes it's awful. The staff and atmosphere are delightful. There's a smoking area, soccer, karaoke, and quizzes. The eggplant meatballs are top-notch.

I spent a pleasant evening with friends after several years. I ordered the Roma Sciaurata pizza with DOP buffalo mozzarella, porcini mushrooms, and speck, and overall I found it well-risen and topped. Perhaps a drizzle more olive oil than necessary was appropriate for my taste. As I've read in other reviews, I also think the place could use a bit of a refresh and modernization.

An evening pizza with some friends revealed the quality of the pizzas and appetizers. The service, provided by a young man and woman, was decent, but they seemed a bit disoriented and inattentive. The location is clearly showing signs of age and needs a major overhaul.
