11/01/2025: We just stayed in this establishment this evening…. We immediately had a great time, the owner Stefano and his collaborator are two fantastic people…. We had dinner with 2 starters (1 vitello tonnato and 1 Rocher), 2 first courses (the girella) and 2 ice creams which were superlative to say the least... we ate VERY WELL.... Thank you… we will definitely be back!!!!🤗🤗🤗

Located in the main square of Briona, Osteria del Caccia offers a culinary experience that combines tradition and modernity. At the entrance, you are greeted by a bar room furnished with taste and in a modern style, which acts as a prelude to the adjacent restaurant room, with attention to the smallest details and impeccable in terms of cleanliness. Despite the high turnout of customers, the environment is pleasantly airy, thanks to an intelligent arrangement of the tables which guarantees comfort and intimacy. The staff, made up of extremely courteous, professional and polite waitresses, contributes to making the atmosphere even more welcoming. Particular praise goes to the owner, a kind and competent person, who stands out for his care towards the customer and his preparation on food-wine pairings, which are always impeccable. The tavern's cuisine is inspired by tradition, with touches of revisitation that give a unique character to the dishes, creating a "magic" that leaves its mark. A place that certainly deserves to be visited, where attention to detail and the quality of the experience are a certainty. I will definitely be back and highly recommend it! Average prices
