The Circolo dello Sport in Chiavari is a small sports bar with a pleasant, authentic feel – ideal for a casual lunch in a relaxed atmosphere. The dishes were generally rather average: okay in terms of taste, sufficient, and not unpleasant. Anyone expecting fine dining here is definitely in the wrong place. The beer, however, was all the more impressive – cold, well-tapped, and of very good quality. Perfect for washing down the somewhat standard fare.

Better than burgher king or macdonals, the Nutella crap is nice even if it's small. The newspapers are nice as menus, it's a shame for the cashier who wants to give you 4.50 worth of chips without explaining that it's an additional charge that isn't even discounted compared to the menu price. Waiting times 7-10 minutes for takeaway food

Very characteristic place with many references to sport. Prices in line with places like this that offer food like there's no tomorrow. Much better in the evening in my opinion. Good food good service. In short: Good.

Very good food and first class service. They speak English and Spanish which is a plus. The best fries ever!

I'm looking for a bar to watch the Inter match while I'm away in Chiavari. My baby sleeps in the stroller for two hours at least I can enjoy this beautiful hangout. At the tables I see Subbuteo men and old Panini stickers. The beer is good and I spend the afternoon with a couple of fans who are regulars at the place. When the boy finally wakes up, once the boys have won, I go to the cash register to pay. All already paid for by those who had kept me company during the match. Without words. Nothing like this has ever happened in Milan. Long live Chiavari, long live the Circolo dello Sport and its customers.
