Excellent trattoria/restaurant where you can eat typical Novara dishes. The working lunch break is average in cost for other restaurants, the portions are generous and the dishes are excellent.

Indicated as the most typical place in Novara, it was a bit of a disappointment. Typical atmosphere of the club, the famous paniscia is a risotto with beans, cabbage and salami. Quoted dishes without the possibility of having an encore

Este es un restaurante típico con comida local. Tuvimos Paniscia y rustida con Polenta, estaban tan sabrosos! También tienen otros platos típicos como caracoles, polenta, Tapulon y estofado. Absolutamente recomendable a cualquiera que quiera probar la comida local. Los precios son justos.

Sono venuta apposta in questo ristorante per assaggiare la Paniscia novarese che è abbastanza diversa dalla panissa vercellese… Leggera, gustosa, molto buona! Provare per credere ! Staff gentile e proprietario molto simpatico, attento alla clientela …

14/01/2025: Excellent food, very nice place, space beers, huge parking. Motorcyclists are very welcome, Graziano is an excellent host. Absolutely worth trying.
15/11/2024: 20 years ago I used to come here often. §I went back with a friend, to stay "out of the usual circles", far away but ultimately close to home, and I had a good time, I made a great impression. Very pleasant grilled meat, informal environment. To return more often.

20/02/2025: I don't like the methodology of welcoming the customer, nor the lack of the menu, since the latter is told verbally, but in any case I go there to eat a certain number of times a year
