It was a unique culinary experience, where you eat very particular things and well-executed dishes. We tried special dishes. Chef Angelo is truly a character in love with his work, congratulations! 👏🏼 Highly recommended also thanks to the more than honest prompt delivery and excellent quality products.
The restaurateur is also very attentive to people who adopt a vegan diet (for example preparing plant-based ricotta or totally vegetable dishes).
Among the dishes we tried were a polenta cake with a yolk heart, a blueberry tart, a lard appetizer, pasta with sausage-pork-beef ragù...
Let it be clear that the formula is "you eat what the convent can buy" and that the restaurant is really small...
Absolutely worth trying! 😁 We would happily return

At Angelo you won't simply go out for lunch or dinner: you will have a gastronomic experience. We went to this place on the recommendation of friends and we didn't regret it! One course after another was accompanied by curiosities, recipes and descriptions that left us speechless. Kindness and quality of food are guaranteed. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back :)

Taking the opportunity that a former colleague had launched years ago, last night we went to Angelo's at the Circolo in Borgata Granero as a group.
What can I say. Lovely place like the welcome received.
The "hidden" menu reserved quite a few surprises for us, allowing us to enjoy delicacies and dishes with attention to every detail.
Enrico then illustrated each individual course with emphasis and mastery, reserving for us excellent flavor combinations.
The cheerful and congenial atmosphere involved all of us and also the other guests present. All the courses were fantastic as were the valuable advice provided for particular recipes.
We all decided to return to the club to taste more of Angelo's succulent specialities.
Fantastic place to recommend.

An excellent and particular experience chez Angelo and Daniela in Borgata Granero. Fantasy, flavours, colours, particular and tasty combinations in Angelo's dishes, a spectacle for the eyes and the palate, with quality products and particular use of fruits, herbs... and flowers! All seasoned with explanations, recipes, anecdotes and a chat. Worth trying, in a pleasant decentralized location in Val Germanasca. We will happily return if we return to the area and it will certainly be a new and pleasant surprise.
Last but not least, in the face of a significant logistical unexpected event, Angelo went out of his way that same evening and the following day, demonstrating an uncommon availability. Thanks for everything.

Piccola trattoria in una borgata un po’ fuori dai circuiti turistici. Fate una deviazione di qualche km in salita … merita! Lo chef Angelo ( coadiuvato da sua moglie in cucina) vi delizierà con piatti semplici ma creativi osando sugli accostamenti ( utilizza fiori, spezie…). Menù fisso che decide in base alle stagionalità con prodotti a km 0. Ottimi sia gli antipasti (lardo, tomini e insalata di finocchi con olive, noci e salsa di soia …) che il primo (linguine con pomodoro pancetta e melanzane). Discreto il secondo (capocollo) ma è quello che meno mi ha entusiasmato a parte le patate in padella che erano buonissime. Buono il salame al cioccolato. Il tutto accompagnato da un buon dolcetto. Prezzo onestissimo (30€ menù completo). Consiglio di prenotare (pochi coperti … una ventina tra dentro e fuori)

One of the most enjoyable dinners in a long time. The quality of the ingredients and Angelo's inventiveness in the kitchen won us over, as did the friendliness and hospitality (his and his wife's) which made the evening special for our children too. We'll see you again soon!😉

Non è il ristorante patinato, non è il localino che fa tendenza, non è il rifugio alpino, non è la trattoria di montagna
È un patchwork... Avete presente quelle belle coperte fatte di tanti ritagli di tessuto, uno diverso dall'altro , che presi da soli non avrebbero un senso ma insieme fanno armonia ?
Ecco questa è la cucina e l'ambiente che Angelo Berton ha voluto ricreare a Borgata Granero: un tocco di cucina contadina, un pizzico di innovazione, una spolverata di fiori ed erbe Alpine, una buona dose di amore e passione per la cucina e la convivialità
Qua troverete la condivisione con lo chef e con gli altri avventori, si entra da clienti si esce da amici
la cosa più bella ?mangiare a 1200 di altitudine con davanti agli occhi la potenza della valle sotto, nella piccola veranda , assaporando un gaspacho che ti riporta a quando avevi vent'anni sulla costa dorada
Il Circolo Borgata Granero È un'esperienza per l'anima e per il palato♡, con piatti curati, ottime materie prime . Si esce sazi e felici
