29/05/2025: The restaurant offers traditional Tuscan cuisine with modern touches and places great emphasis on regional ingredients. We tried a tartare with burrata and a typical Tuscan stew. Our friends opted for a classic antipasti platter and white wine. Everything was perfectly seasoned and lovingly presented.
