Besides breakfast, they also offer Tuscan first courses, second courses, and side dishes, all simple and beautifully prepared by the young, creative chef. Lunch service is very fast. The lampredotto is noteworthy: incredibly tender and well-seasoned in the classic style. It's a small restaurant, not a restaurant, hence the 4 stars for food and the atmosphere, which, while not overly spartan, is still welcoming.
