Had a nice evening. Weather was good and I really enjoyed the pasta I ordered. The food is costly but since it tasted good - I didn’t mind the pricing. I would have given half a point extra - but the turn off was the desperation of the staff to try and get you to get the expensive product.
As a restauranteur myself - I always tell my team to avoid this. Never try and sell an expensive dish. See what the customer wants and what they will enjoy the most.
An upscale space like this should serve bread with they pasta so we can lap the sauce but no.
The guy constantly was trying to sell the most expensive wine or bread - so if they didn’t do that - would have been more genuine. Otherwise food was very good.

Delicious food and excellent service! We booked a table in advance since this place is very popular, and we felt well taken care of throughout the whole evening. I ordered the lobster pasta and it was amazing, though I wish there had been a bit more lobster considering the price. Overall, a great experience!

The service was excellent and the food was delicious! Black truffle pasta, beef tartare (topped with white truffle), squid ink pasta with a side of artichokes, and a bottle of wine came to 198 euros for two people. It was a restaurant I'd definitely like to return to!

CiPASSO was my favourite meal on our most recent trip to Italy. Everything was perfect - from the seared scallops starter to the perfect black truffle tagliolini, and the second course croaker fish, to the fabulous tiramisu. I'm glad I had a smaller lunch, as it was a huge amount of food for me. The ambiance was 10/10 as was the service. You won't get in without a booking, so plan ahead.
Wonderful recommendations by Robinson and god service by Likon ! Very professional and feel at home . A really nice restaurant with a warm touch

One of our best dining experiences in Rome. After being a bit underwhelmed with food elsewhere, our hopes were high at Cipasso. They definitely delivered! We had the lobster pasta and the octopus, along with tiramisu and a delicious local white wine. The service was great. We were seated outside, with heaters which were a nice touch. Highly recommend making a reservations as they were turning people away who didn’t have one.
