Cioffi Serafina Pizzeria In Terracina

On Saturday 13th I had dinner here at Serafina, a bit of a small place and on a Saturday like everywhere else there are a lot of people, the pizzas arrived after a long wait... nothing to say, very good, the only flaw was the wait.

Searching on Google, I found this pizzeria, and I was curious about the Neapolitan pizza I saw from the photos, being Neapolitan! The place is small with few seats, I recommend booking, we were lucky because we went early and so the lady, who was very nice among other things, seemed fantastic to me, but there was no way to socialize because it was full of work, to confirm what I perceived! Returning to the topic of tables, the lady still made us sit on a booked table because, as I was saying, we were well ahead of the reservation! As for another important aspect, the pizza, I really liked it and was truly satisfied with the choice we made! The only slightly negative note, which I noticed, but it happened to the others, is that the waiters were a little slow in perceiving whether the customers were about to ask them something or make an order, certainly the too much confusion had an influence, but in my opinion the waiter must always make it clear that you have noticed the request even if it goes after a few minutes! Since we were almost the first of the evening, we were served regularly! However, I highly recommend it...the parking is on the street, you have to have a bit of luck finding it nearby 😅

I don't know if the lady at the cash register is the owner but I must say very kind and well organized in the management of pizzas to take away. The pizza is certainly of a high level, digestible and finally well seasoned both in terms of flavors and aesthetics (even the eye wants its part). Very good fried foods, dry and with mozzarella that "calls" In short, nothing to complain about (I ate the pizzas three times, all three were good), we will enjoy the pizzas again next long weekend, hopefully soon in Terracina. I was very satisfied with the dinner, I don't like pizza with a high crust, but this one is really good!!! We'll be back as soon as possible

Ho sempre avuto un piacevole ricordo del loro vecchio locale, qui si riconfermano fritti e pizza buonissimi! L’ambiente è rilassato, informale ed i proprietari simpatici
