For example, consider husbands who accompany their partners while they try on different items: offering them a comfortable seat would make the wait more pleasant, which could consequently increase their willingness to indulge in further purchases. These small adjustments can help improve the overall visitor experience and strengthen the competitiveness of this shopping center, which, in my opinion, is certainly among the best in the Marche region.

A good shopping center with many shops and a well-stocked supermarket. Only two flaws: the first concerns the food court of the supermarket (sapori e sorriso spazio conad). The problem does not concern the bar itself, which offers good products at reasonable prices, but the supermarket employees who completely storm it at opening time to have breakfast. These employees make a lot of confusion, do not respect the queue like normal customers and create confusion both among the paying customers and among the bar employees who also have to remember by heart and all together the orders of the aforementioned, who are not capable of ordering a breakfast each for themselves. The second flaw instead concerns the sellers placed along the corridor, which should be like temporary shops, instead they have been there for years and torture the customers of the center (who are often regular customers) always with the same silly questions. Particularly annoying are the mattress sellers located in front of the supermarket and the e-cigarette sellers located between Tezenis and Pandora (who always approach people with the same question that I find both useless and indiscreet: "are you a smoker?").
