Whoever called it a Temple of Chocolate isn't wrong. Whether you order the Italian or Belgian hot chocolate, you can't go wrong; even the Moroccan "coffee" boasts a nice layer of chocolate. The workshop is in the back, and it's wonderful to watch the guys at work creating edible magic. Congratulations

In Udine, a place of excellence, where chocolate comes in all its forms and facets. The recently renovated shop is well-kept, extremely clean, and very quiet. The courtesy and kindness of the owners and staff are truly appreciated, as they are always available to share their exquisite creations. I never miss a chance to stop in for a coffee, which is also excellent, or a chocolate. Here, quality is art, without compromise. Wonderful gift ideas Definitely worth trying and tasting.

Snack? A true dream: a freshly filled pistachio croissant, crunchy yet velvety, served with elegance 🥐✨ To complete the experience, the Valentinis ad plays on the screen on a loop, almost as if to remind you that yes, you're in the right place... 👉 My final rating: 5 full stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 A place that's more than just a bar, and by maintaining its high standards, it could be a new Contarena 😍😍 ---

A delightful little chocolate shop with a workshop where they create exquisite pralines and assorted chocolates. The owners are friendly and offer expert advice, explaining the characteristics of their delicacies. The hot chocolate, espresso, and seasonal gelato are also excellent. The option of ordering personalized boxes of chocolates, even with chocolate letters or symbols, is a great idea, making truly special gifts.

29/11/2025: We came to this restaurant because there is nothing much you can do in this village except mine tour when it’s raining. Stuff was nice with good English. We had to try pizza and aperoll of course. Waiting time was like 10 minutes and dish was delicious. Pay with card possible but they charged us paper placemats with cutlery which was 1,50€ per person. Not sure if these are standards in Italy or not. Italian atmosphere was amazing btw.

02/10/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I'd give it many more stars if it were possible! Original and never boring dishes, carefully selected ingredients, and a top-notch tasting menu. A restaurant that clearly stands out among Lignagna restaurants, thanks to the preparation and attention to detail that shines through in every detail. Impeccable service and an excellent wine list. Highly recommended!
28/09/2025: Dinner in September, without the August crowds. Relaxing atmosphere, close to the promenade, spacious and stylishly furnished without being overbearing. Tasting menu with fish or meat, or à la carte. I opted for the latter. Entree: mini bao with creamed sea bass. Good. Appetizer: fried sardines with panko. Excellently fried, but too thin and therefore lacking in flavor. Main course: dry-aged fish (amberjack) with vegetables and a sauce. Excellent in flavor and pairing. Truly excellent. Dessert: cinnamon ice cream on crumble, delicious in flavor, texture, and intensity. Wines (all from Friuli) excellent. Special mention for the homemade bread and focaccia, Trieste olive oil, balsamic vinegar from Midolini, and vinegar from Subida. A wonderful discovery in a place like Lignano, no less...
