From the starters of local cold cuts and cheeses to the first courses of the Friulian tradition, every dish is well prepared, generous, and made with excellent local ingredients. The main courses change with the seasons and let you try both hearty traditional cuisine and slightly more creative dishes, always well executed. The homemade desserts are excellent too, and so is the wine. The atmosphere of the osteria is warm and welcoming: the rustic interior, the village of Orgnano, and the friendly service create the ideal setting for a dinner with friends or as a couple. The staff are kind, attentive without being intrusive, and know how to recommend both the daily specials and the wines to pair.
