We spent two wonderful evenings here. The food is outstanding; the pasta is an absolute must, and the freshly grilled meats are a true culinary highlight. But the real gem of this restaurant is the warmth and hospitality with which you are welcomed and welcomed. We would be happy to come back anytime. Everything was special, for what it's worth, my ideal restaurant. Prompt and polite service, top-quality food, and perfect timing. Their specialty is grilled meat, but the other dishes are equally impressive. Just a little far from the center of La Spezia.

Amazing hospitality and dishes!!!!!

First of all, the food is excellent and plentiful, perhaps just a little pricey. The two younger waiters are extremely kind and do their best! The place is crowded and chaotic, but that's a common occurrence, of course. I've been there twice, but last night we were shocked by the behavior of one staff member in particular! We definitely didn't know how to handle the amount of food, and we're not meat experts, but... Arriving at our table, where we were visibly struggling to eat the steak + portion of the mixed grill, because we were already practically full from the appetizer, complaining that the meat was still there and telling us NOT TO COME BACK when we said it was the first time (not me, but my sisters were) with all the tables staring, was truly uncomfortable... So much so that the little bit of stomach that was open closed up from the nerves. We may be ignorant, but we always try to be polite and not bother the staff as much as possible, unless it's a legitimate question, I think... And why did we make a mistake and not finish the meat? Even if it's a joke (and it seemed forcedly joking), it's not something you should say to customers who, whether they've finished their meal or not, PAY THEIR DUE DUE, OUT OF RESPECT FOR OTHERS' WORK! Furthermore, the waiter had everything taken away for us, along with other people, without any problem. We immediately understood the manners of the person in question, who did an excellent job in selecting the meat before cooking it, even giving us a decent discount, but we need to be more careful how we approach things because no one wants to find themselves in such situations on an evening that should be all about carefree fun. One of the younger waiters also seemed quite uncomfortable with us when paying, but that might have been just an impression. The person in question says goodbye to us as we leave, and we reiterate that, despite being told not to return, we will be back, unfortunately for him. He said he was joking, but who knows... We're not always fond of being taken for a ride! Ciccio e Pinolo will continue to go swimmingly, whether anyone returns or not... But we definitely need to slow things down a bit. I'll start by saying that I've been there several times and every time, I've always eaten well. Last night, it was clearly not a great evening. Ciccio's platter appetizer was truly delicious and very tasty. After the appetizer, it was a complete waste of time: 45 minutes to receive a mixed grill for two. It seems a bit excessive, considering that the order had been placed 1 hour earlier. The grill, both the ribs and the sausages and coppa, were quite dehydrated. The only thing that was saved was the slice of beef, which was really good and tender. In the end, a bit annoyed, we left without dessert or coffee... I hope it was just an accident along the way, bad nights can happen 🤷‍♂️

EXCELLENT!!! One of the best places to eat good meat in La Spezia and the surrounding area.

Da non perdere il tagliere di Ciccio: salumi, panizza, torte di verdura, bruschette e polpettine. E poi il pezzo di carne che si desidera: dal filetto in varie versioni a celebri pezzi “stranieri”. Con acqua, vino, contorno e dolce si atterra sui 65 Euro a persona. La terna qualità-quantità-prezzo è comunque soddisfatta (ambiente rilassante).

È sempre una garanzia a cominciare dalla cortesia dei proprietari ed arrivando al buon cibo. Ci vado ogni tanto con dei colleghi e non siamo mai rimasti delusi,anche ieri sera non hanno sbagliato un colpo a cominciare dagli antipasti,i ravioli,la carne mista alla griglia, l'agnello fritto, il contorno di verdure ed il dolce.
