Good value for money, good size water view room, comfortable and had everythingthat we need, good sound proof, wow breakfast, nice and friendly staff.

I just returned from an unforgettable stay at this splendid hotel in Venice. The room was simply beautiful: spacious, meticulously maintained, and impeccably clean, a true haven of tranquility after a day exploring the streets and canals.
The reception staff deserves special mention: always friendly, helpful, and attentive to every need, making guests feel truly welcome.
Breakfast was one of the most pleasant surprises of our stay: sumptuous, with quality products and a wide variety to suit every taste. A perfect way to start the day!
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience Venice with comfort, thoughtful attention, and a touch of warm hospitality. I will definitely be back!

While there were some seemingly negative reviews, upon arrival, the staff were friendly and responsive, and the room and breakfast were equally satisfactory. The train station was not far away, so even with heavy luggage, it was easy to drag. The only downside was that at night, some homeless people sat on the bench in front of the hotel. I would definitely visit again.

It's quite close to the station; it only takes about 5 minutes to get to the hotel with my suitcase!
We were unexpectedly upgraded to a 4-person room that day!

Very convenient for those arriving by train or bus.
It is located on the Grand Canal, just steps from the Ponte degli Scalzi.

Almost everything was perfect. What I liked most was the service; the staff were very friendly, attentive, and professional. The hotel, although the facilities are a bit dated, was very clean, and the thoughtful touches in the room were excellent. If I return to Venice, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you for this wonderful stay.

They give you four free bottles of water.
A great option for travelers.
The rooms are too far back, and the elevator takes you up a small staircase, and then another staircase, which was a bit tedious.
The sink and shower have separate hot and cold water valves, making it incredibly difficult to adjust the temperature... I was so annoyed.
The breakfast is delicious. If you order breakfast, don't forget to try it!
The location is fantastic, and all the staff were friendly.

Venice is always complicated. The room is decent, even if it has a view. The food and the kitchen are rubbish. Attentive service and a plentiful breakfast are certainly available, but true hospitality, especially the kind known worldwide as Italian quality, is very lacking, perhaps imperceptible because tourists come and go!

Great hotel only 400 meters from the train station. No need for transportation. Close to the Vaporetto station and only 28 minutes walk to Saint Marks square. Lots of restaurants and shops close by.
The hotel restaurants has high class , 3 stars, food at an affordable cost. Breakfast is awesome and worth the additional cost. Their terrace is right at the Canale Grande. Recommend ut and we will definitely come back!
