Cicchetti In Venezia

First time in Venice and we were very happy with our accommodations at the BW CHC Continental. Location was perfectly situated on the Grand Canal and fully immersed in old world charm. You'll need to arrive by water taxi. We had bfast at the hotel and it was excellent. So many options including vegan pastry, muesli options, beans and mixed veggies, fruit, and non-dairy milk options as well as eggs, bacon, croissants among many tarts, bfast cakes, excellent! The staff were attentive, friendly and helpful especially Danna & Nicole at the front desk who helped us navigate an emergency with knowledge on what to do, offering a calm presence and empathy until it was resolved. They were amazing! There were 4 of us staying and we will all stay here again!

Small room but great location. We like to sleep with the window open and even though our room was located at a back alley it still was so noisy. We were frequently woken up by noise from catering at 3 at night or 6 in the morning.

We had the most amazing stay at this hotel. On arrival they had upgraded us to a room looking over the canal, which was such a lovely surprise. The room was comfortable, modern and spacious and the view of the canal was perfect. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide range of choice. Though the highlight of our stay was the incredibly friendly staff, Nicole and Diletta on the front desk in particular were very smiley and friendly, and all of the staff at breakfast were efficient and welcoming. We would love to stay here again and cannot fault a thing! :)

Great option for any ocation, and best if coming on Water Taxi from and to Marco Polo Airport. It's a little noisy in the early busy mornings. Room coms with bathrobes and sleeprs. The breakfast buffet is very good, garded by an eagle sometimes at the Grand Canal terrace.

It's within walking distance from Venice's Santa Lucia station, so you won't have to worry about rolling your suitcase around. Breakfast was delicious at the hotel along the river. The problem was that there were steps from getting off the elevator to the guest room. The room is clean and has a nice bathtub❣️

Nonostante la location sulla strada principale possa far pensare ad un ristorante turistico, la qualità è eccellente. Hamburger enorme e ben farcito, avocado toast abbondante, patatine fritte non banali e antipasto veneziano semplicemente delizioso. 😋 Attesa un po’ sopra la media, considerando che il locale era mezzo vuoto. Costo totale 57€. Consigliato

The hotel is very clean and the location is great. The employees are very attentive and helpful. It was great that we could leave our luggage after check out.

Durante il nostro soggiorno a Venenzia ci siamo fermati in questo locale per due sere consecutive, sia per fare aperitivo che per cenare. Tutto perfetto, dai drink al cibo. Servizio impeccabile da parte dello staff col sorriso é pronto ad accogliere ogni richiesta. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Se vi trovate in zona Stazione Santa Lucia fateci un salto, trascorrerete una bellissima serata!
