Cicchetti In Venezia

Great location (5 minutes walk from Santa Lucia station and located on the Grand Canal). We got a deluxe room, which was lovely and comfortable. Our main complaint was that the A/C stopped working during the night on 2 of the 3 nights we stayed there. Breakfast was good, especially in terms of the variety of pastries offered

Franco is the best employee on reception, he is very welcoming and considerate. I will definitely come back to such a hotel with nice staff.

Beautiful, very quiet room with an excellent bed, very friendly staff, very complete breakfast, excellent restaurant with a magnificent terrace overlooking the grand canal. Very well located, close to the train station, Saint Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge. I had a very beautiful view from my room of the grand canal. I had a wonderful stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

Totally recommended. Hotel with views of the Grand Canal and very close to the train and bus station so you won't have to climb bridges of stairs with your suitcases. Bus boat stop 2 minutes away to get around Venice. As soon as we arrived, Franco greeted us, very friendly and attentive at all times. We had reserved a standard room but when we arrived they gave us a surprise, having availability of a room with views of the Grand Canal they gave us this room. We really enjoyed the room and Venice.

We didn’t stay at this hotel, our hotel was next door, but we used there bar/pation area for drinks every day as it was much better than our hotels. They have a lovely terrace overlooking the grand canal at reasonable prices and very peaceful. The bar is a hidden gem, give it a try if you are in the area. Staff are very professional and attentive.

Amazing location, doesn’t get better. 5 minutes from train. Room was nice but small, but that’s the challenge in Venice. Fantastic value. Clean and safe and decent view of the river. Very attentive front desk staff.

Chose a hotel near the Venice approach route/station: very practical, no need to lug around suitcases... very friendly welcome from Miss Lucrezia and colleagues!!! Additional surprise at no cost: a room upgrade. Very nice, spacious room, decorated room that is cleaned very neatly by the cleaning staff. Breakfast is excellent with all the trimmings. Tip: due to the location on the canal, there is a lot of noise from passing boats, so closing windows while sleeping is recommended. It's a pity that we couldn't have breakfast on the terrace by the water due to the bad weather!!! Almost all the staff appeared friendly, which made us positively surprised. Keep it up!

Very good position, but not only! The hotel has really nice rooms with exquisite decor, beautiful views and delicious breakfast. Highly recommended!

The breakfast is worth it. It's an easy walk from the train station. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Don't leave the window open at night, there are mosquitoes.
