Cicchetti In Venezia

The location is really amazing, I think the employees are a little prejudiced against foreigners and this is not acceptable in such a location. It is very difficult to reach the rooms, stairs and elevators are always chaotic. I am sharing the video. You are having a hard time finding your room. The rooms are small but very nice, clean and not damp. Just because it is so central, there can be a lot of noise in the early morning hours. But it is a great place in terms of location, it is a perfect price performance place, I definitely recommend it. I will stay here next time I go to Venice.

Accommodation was inevitably expensive due to the carnival season. The canal view room was good value for money. The room condition was also great~ The location is great because it’s right next to the train station and right next to the water bus stop. I think breakfast is above average too. If the weather was nice, I would have been able to have breakfast on the riverside terrace, but it's a shame.

Very good hotel, super friendly staff. It was perfect for one night stay, especially for having to commute via Santa Lucia train station. Amazing breakfast. However, the floor in my room was very sticky for some reason, and the bathroom smelled a bit. The only reason why I don’t give it 5 stars 😊

Loved loved loved it! Just checked out today. Stayed two nights and opted for breakfast which was awesome. Fresh honey comb, awesome coffee machine, and fresh mozerella and prosciutto. Prices were extremely reasonable, stay was warm and quiet, staff were phenomenal from both the cafeteria during breakfast as well as the front desk team, notably Nicole. Shoutout to her. We also forgot our passports and purse, all was returned and kept safe for us with free luggage holding post checkout too. This made our travels so easy bc we didn’t have to pay or worry about luggage storage so helped us have time and convenience to freely explore Venice and Murano by boat ahead of our departure. I can’t recommend this hotel enough - super convenient location, close to the vaporetto stops AND train AND bus stops so makes coming in a breeze and leaving a breeze too. 5/5!!!!

Perfect location, 4 mins walk from the train station and very close to the water bus. Great rooms with beautiful views. Breakfast was really good so the a lot of options. Staff were very friendly. Would highly recommend.

Durante il nostro soggiorno a Venenzia ci siamo fermati in questo locale per due sere consecutive, sia per fare aperitivo che per cenare. Tutto perfetto, dai drink al cibo. Servizio impeccabile da parte dello staff col sorriso é pronto ad accogliere ogni richiesta. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Se vi trovate in zona Stazione Santa Lucia fateci un salto, trascorrerete una bellissima serata!

The room was a little small but the proximity to the Train Station was a plus and the views of the Grand Canal where great, staff where helpful with the few questions we had.

I think it's a reasonable price. However, the shower only had cold water. When I called in the evening, I was told that the technician was not available and that I had to call back after 7am. I think it's unkind that they don't even come to see me. There is no point in having a 24 hour front desk. Even though it was winter, I wanted to take a shower on a flight that was more than half a day long, and I didn't want to waste time sightseeing, so I washed my hair in the bathroom and took a quick cold shower for my body. This is probably not the first time this has happened, so I think we should change our approach. The room itself and location were good.

Very close to the train station, only 300 meters, next to the water. The hotel has a lift. Good service staff There aren't many breakfast options to choose from. The rooms are clean, the room size is large, there are windows and no balcony. The mattress is comfortable. Beautiful room decoration

Ci siamo fermati in questo locale per qualche cicchetto. I prodotti sono freschi e vari, polpette fritte al momento, tutto molto buono. Servizio cortese e sorridente. Locale ben arredato, atmosfera tranquilla. Abbiamo pagato il giusto considerando che siamo a Venezia
