A wonderful surprise in the alleys of Genoa. A refined menu, featuring some reinterpreted ethnic dishes, changes every two months. Highly recommended.

We visited this restaurant for a birthday. The atmosphere is very intimate and refined, with very kind and welcoming staff. The dishes are highly original and impeccably presented. We had shrimp tartare tacos, culiorgiones with pecorino fondue and tomato coulis for the first course, and a tender veal cheek cooked in wine for the second course. To finish, a very delicate dessert: blackcurrant mousse with coconut milk. The wine list is quite extensive and the prices are overall reasonable.

Cibus is a guarantee! I've been going to this restaurant for years and I'm surprised I've never left a review. Cibus is the kind of restaurant you always want to return to because you'll rarely eat the same dish twice. The menu changes regularly, with dishes influenced by multiple cultures; always perfectly balanced. The dining room is managed with equal attention by the owner, who leaves no detail to chance. Here, you'll feel pampered.

I want to compliment you on the attention to detail in the table setting, the impeccable service, the customer service, both in terms of the choice of dishes and wine, and the truly charming venue! Everything was excellent, you were truly excellent! The only reason I didn't give the food five stars is because the pasta arrived a little "al dente" and wasn't creamy enough. The rest of the dishes, including the desserts, were top-notch! I'll definitely be back. Bravo, bravo, bravo! 👏

20/02/2026: Excellent. I fell in love with this restaurant just across the street and booked right away. The atmosphere is elegant and quiet, the food and service impeccable. As soon as I'm in Genoa again, I'll definitely be back.

Ristorante Olimpo

26/10/2025: This review is for Zeus Sky Bar only as we didn’t eat at the restaurant. We arrived without a reservation about an hour before sunset (in June), and were seated straightaway. I’m not exaggerating when I say the view is absolutely breathtaking, even all the stunning photos shared here cannot do it justice- it has to be seen to be believed. We did the 20€pp aperitivo option, which included a signature cocktail and a selection of antipasti. The cocktails were beautiful and delicious. We stayed long after sunset and loved it so much that before leaving, we booked a table for our last night in Sestri Levante, a couple of days later! We fell in love with Sestri Levante on this holiday, and this rooftop bar really shows it off in all its glory.
17/10/2025: A pleasant and relaxing experience, with professional, polite, and always helpful waitstaff. I was particularly impressed by Mirko, a young, polite, and very helpful man. I will definitely return next year with my wife and son to sample the restaurant's specialties and enjoy the refined, warm atmosphere.
