We had two pasta dishes (see photos, forgot the name). The seafood was extremely fresh and delicious with generous portions. Pasta was cooked perfectly. Dessert was freshly baked and was quite special. Highly recommended.

A very welcoming outdoor restaurant with a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. The fish is fresh and carefully prepared, but the vegetarian dishes are also well-thought out and tasty—perfect for those with a variety of dietary needs. The service is impeccable thanks to Giuseppe, always attentive and kind, and the owner is known for his thoughtfulness and hospitality. We had a truly special evening, and I would definitely recommend this place to a friend!

Three friends and I booked at Cibus Sicilian Food Factory. Excellent choice. We started with mussel soup and fried calamari, followed by three seafood entrees (shrimp, mussels, and bottarga), and a tuna tataki with chopped pistachios and soy. The flavors were truly delicious, especially the tuna. Giuseppe looked after us throughout the evening, recommending a grilled fish that paired perfectly. Attentive and friendly service. Highly recommended!

11/10/2025: We ate there on vacation. I think the dining room has tables too close together. Otherwise, everything was fine. One thing to highlight: the service of the dining room girl... Magnificent. Very friendly.
07/10/2025: Unfortunately, the place was a bit disappointing. The staff seemed rushed and the service felt rather careless. The food was average — nothing particularly special for the price you pay.
