Cibus & pizza In Lucca

All very good and plentiful! 4 of us ate lunch with 2 children... With 2 starters (very good) you could even be full. However, we continued with Tortelli alla Lucchese, Pappa al pomodoro and Lasagna. Everything excellent. Friendly and nice staff! Genuine Tuscan cuisine. Highly recommended. Go there hungry!

2X ate here. 11-2024 & 2-2025 both times quite good. Pizza/Pasta/dessert/wine Value. Friendly casual service.

homely atmosphere, great food and fast service

Even if there is a bit of a wait because everything is freshly prepared and it's worth it, whatever you plan to eat, you are always satisfied because the food is of high quality. Good first courses but really limited in quantity, thin and well cooked pizzas. Service totally to be reviewed: very long wait to order and waitress impatient with the reminders made to take our order. Definitely high prices, especially the cover charge, €2.50 per person, if there are four of you, €10 will go up in smoke just for the cover charge. Tables too close to each other, you risk eating arm in arm with strangers at the next tables.

8 euros for a Crakers style Margherita plus 2.50 for a cover seems like an exaggeration to me. Unfortunately it's the fashion now. They say you can't stay open if you don't offer these prices. The pizza wasn't the best, nor was the place and the service was nothing extraordinary to justify the 2.50 euros per person. If I really have to pay for them, then I want a pizza that is a Pizza and not a Crakers with a touch of "tomato" and "cheese" that after a few moments becomes rubber. The place should be nice and with a bit of style and not a garage with soft lighting and two benches. This is not catering. Otherwise....... lower your prices and adapt them to the quality you can offer. What does it mean? 4 euros for the Margherita and a maximum cover charge of one euro.

Very good pizza and focaccia. Thin and crunchy pizza. The wait was a little long to receive the pizza but otherwise nothing to say... we will definitely be back anyway

I completely understand how tastes are subjective but for me this pizza was without any flavor! Unkept, dirty environment, cobwebs acting as decoration, high prices not justified by the quality and cleanliness. Note the now worn black placemats that make you want to eat just by looking at them. I'm sorry but you should take better care of your place🥲

Pizza PAZZESCA. Se amate la pizza fina e croccante, alla “romana”, provatela! É buonissima. Posto carino, antipasti buonissimi (anche le patatine non sono le solite) Servizio cortese e veloce. Prezzo onesto.
