It wasn't a dinner, but an experience of tastes and flavors. The absolute best food I have ever eaten. Strong and at the same time delicate flavors, never banal. The location... Fabulous. Absolutely worth trying. We will definitely return before returning home. Marvelous.

Beautiful place in a small but charming town. The Michelin star is well deserved. They are attentive to your rhythm to bring the dishes in due time, let them advise you on pairings. Good experience, book in advance. Fig ice cream is an unforgettable delicacy and I am an ice cream specialist. It's from another planet!

It’s okay if you are about the area. It’s a restaurant that seems specialized in meat, when most restaurants are seafood focused. There’s horse meat, rabbit, beef. We ordered veal and bacalao. Both were overcooked. Bacalao is way too tough. Restaurant gave half price on veal seeing we didn’t eat much of it. Desert menu is ice cream focused, 5 of 7 items.
I’m a wine guy. The restaurant has a page of ‘reserved wine’ of those big label Italian wines. There’s no price on them. Waiter said it changes w market price. I just don’t feel comfortable ordering something that w price change from moment to moment

Characteristic restaurant in the historic center of Ceglie.
The booking via the site was not successful; we showed up in person and luckily found a seat.
We sat at one of the tables inside the courtyard.
We were immediately greeted by the service in the room, fast, prepared and available.
The menu includes revisited typical dishes, well cooked and with quality raw materials.
I recommend the "Wheat with caciocavallo fondue and black Murgia truffle" and "Chocolate ice cream with bitter orange jam and almond brittle", very good indeed.
Excellent choice of wines.

A place not to be missed if you are looking for Apulia specialities.
The service is absolutely infectious.
The lady owner was professional and charming, needless to say very professional.
Here I felt at home being myself an F&B person I really appreciated the recommendations.
I had fava beans, rabbit, and 7 cheeses platter (if you love cheese you should not miss this).
If you like the local wines to accompany your meals ask the lady owner for a good match.

Premetto che abbiamo deciso di farci un'ora di auto per mangiare in questo ristorante, quindi le aspettative erano altissime, anche avendo letto il menù online.
Purtroppo la realtà dei fatti è che il ristorante in questione è una via di mezzo tra un ristorante gourmet e un'osteria. Il problema è che questa via di mezzo non convince. I piatti sono buoni ma sufficienti, non hanno quel qualcosa che ti fa dire "wow". Il servizio è fin troppo presente a inizio serata (ben tre camerieri ci hanno chiesto le stesse identiche cose) ma dalla seconda portata in poi il nulla più assoluto. Tra l'altro era il compleanno del mio compagno e avevo chiesto che al momento del dessert ci fosse una semplice candelina, che però si è persa nel marasma generale della serata. Quindi concludendo sicuramente un ristorante buono, ma i tanti (troppi) tavoli e il menù un po' pretenzioso ne fanno un ristorante in cui io personalmente non credo tornerei.
