We found in this perfectly functioning restaurant what was supposed to work. From the small problem in the reservation immediately solved, to the comfortable spaces between the tables. From the mature courtesy of the staff to the very pleasant and well-kept environment. The dishes we chose were prepared with care and the taste was truly of a high standard. The waiter "forced" us not to give up the wheat with cheese and truffle polenta. We will always be grateful for his resourcefulness. The glass of excellent primitivo. I don't think a Michelin star is far away, if they care at all. As if that wasn't enough, we paid a more than reasonable price. If you come to the Itria valley, don't miss it.

Five star experience in this amazing restaurant. Top cuisine and better service, profesional, gentle and very helpful in their recommendations. Do not miss the Degustazione: it was really a delicate and flavorful selection of local specialities that your taste will never forget. We were recommended a local wine by the waiter, as they were unknown for us. The advice didn’t disappoint and we were served a really special local jewel, at least according to our taste. Magnificent desserts as well. Another beautiful detail: they are not only family, groups and children frendly… they also accepted dogs! Benissimo!

Cibus is located in the historic center of Ceglie, a restaurant and a village that we would not have known if another restaurateur from Cisternino had not recommended them to us And it was an unforgettable experience! The location is already suggestive in itself, a 15th century convent, but what makes everything special are the dishes and the staff We are not devoted to the Michelin guide, but the dishes were beyond expectations as was the price, which was very reasonable compared to what we were served. We shared a chef's selection of unmissable appetizers, carefully prepared and innovative in accordance with the Apulian tradition, and to the delight of the palate we continued with a dish based on wheat and local truffles and a donkey stew as melting as it was tasty The dessert based on red fruits closed the culinary journey very well, like the Nero di Troia from an excellent winery suggested by the staff A place where you can breathe tradition immersed in non-cloying elegance, absolutely recommended, you will take away an excellent memory, like the owner's smile!

I had lunch for my aunt's birthday and we were all very satisfied with the dishes chosen... excellent flavors and good presentation!! We will be back!

"Degustazione di entrate stagionali del territorio" buona, non trascendentale però gustosa. Una grandissima delusione con i primi. "Raviolaccio di asino, peperone crusco e il suo fondo" piccantissimo, "Lingotto di pasta all'uovo, ragù di Vacca Podolica, funghi cardoncelli e canestrato di masseria" a dir poco salato. Voto rialzato dal "Semifreddo al caffè (Biscotto della nonna con mousse al cioccolato e mascarpone)". Non so se tornerei un'altra volta lì a pranzo, anche considerando i prezzi complessivi.

Bellissima esperienza ad un prezzo non Michelin. I piatti provati (antipasto, primi, dolci) erano tutti ben pensati, ben serviti, con un'ottima ricerca di qualità degli ingredienti e della preparazione. Non tutto però era saporito e bilanciato al massimo delle sue potenzialità. Una splendida cena, anche grazie alla gentilezza e disponibilità del personale e del proprietario.
