Obviously beautiful and renowned Castle! From 1200.. in addition to the fantastic medieval historic center! The village is easy to get around, you eat very well and there are parking lots.. very close to the center..
I took some photos.. from above you can also see the sea in the distance..
I forgot.. there is a nice character.. (the great Dante)

I visited on a rainy day during the off-season, during the week. It was packed with school classes, which is great! Just beware, if that bothers you. There are multiple parking lots and plenty of space. The old town around the Rocca hosts multiple souvenir stores and plenty of restaurants. The Rocca itself is said to be the place of Dante's divine comedy and is popular for Lucrezia Borgia. It's rather small but interesting. I rated it 3 stars because it's small and not a lot to see compared to other places. You can bring small dogs in a carrier or a bag pack.

Abbiamo sempre il piacere di fermarci a Gradara lungo i nostri viaggi. Questa volta il nostro ristorante preferito, la Casaccia era in ferie, e quindi abbiamo pranzato in questo ristorantino grazioso con tavoli all aperto, lungo il corso principale del borgo. Titolare super carino ed accogliente. Abbiamo molto gradito molto tutto il contesto. L’offerta essenziale e senza fronzolo inutili, la gentilezza del titola ed i piatti proposti. Buon Rapporto qualità prezzo. Soddisfatti!

Un piccolo ma accogliente ristorante il "Cibovagando", dove fermarsi a mangiarsi una cosa visitando Gradara grazie ad un ampio menu che spazia dai primi tipici della zona alla piadina sfogliata del Montefeltro, più leggera di quella romagnola con cui non va confusa.
Buona la mia piadina con la porchetta (7,00 EUR), ottima quella con crudo, verdura cotta e pecorino (8,00 EUR) presa da mia moglie; molte buone le patate al forno (5,00 EUR) ed eccezionale la crema catalana (5,00 EUR) a chiudere il pasto, tra le più buone mai mangiate.
Conto corretto (36,00 EUR) per qualità e quantità e nota di merito a piè pagina per il proprietario, che dispensa a piene mani simpatia e dimostra un’attenzione rara vero il cliente.
