Dear Lele and Giuseppe, I hope this message finds you well (even if we already saw each other last night 🤣). Today I opened your wonderful Christmas gift, the 2009 Pommery Gran Cru Royal Champagne, and I would like to express my sincere gratitude. This champagne proved to be exceptional in every nuance. At the first sip, I was surrounded by a vibrant freshness, with fine and persistent bubbles dancing in the glass. The hints of ripe fruit, in particular the notes of golden apple and pear, blend harmoniously with elegant hints of citrus fruits and white flowers. The complexity of this wine is enriched by delicate nuances of bread crust and toasted almonds, the result of impeccable maturation. The structure and persistence on the palate are truly remarkable, making every sip an unforgettable experience. It was a moment of pure joy, shared with affectionate thoughts for your friendship and for your passion for catering (not only... De Aliprandini on the podium in Adelboden and my wife who "forced me 😜" to drink the whole bottle" alone”… 😜🥴🤩🔝; worse for her). I thank you very much for this much appreciated gift; not only for the quality of the champagne, but also for the thought that accompanied it. Excellent restaurant where you can find a young and elegant environment! We tried the pizzas and I would say they were very good, perhaps I would prefer it a little higher but very good!

I ate for a work lunch. Starters with mozzarella, octopus salad, culatello, cotechino with lentils (a few), all in 4 dishes to share. Followed by a risotto with saffron and citrus fruits and, for dessert, a slice of panettone, chilled and without garnish. I decided to write a less than brilliant review when I discovered the price, €45, which I consider well above what was served. Be careful when leaving the restaurant, there is no sidewalk and the road is quite busy.

Very friendly staff, excellent food and sweets too. Modern but welcoming environment. I will return to try the pizzas which have an excellent reputation. The bread made with pizza dough was excellent

All good, but the prices do not match the portions. Or vice versa. The starter is a taste and the main courses are so scarce as to leave one perplexed. The €24 Angus dish only had 4 small slices of meat and three potato wedges. The octopus also had three small tentacles, also €24. I would review the prices or portions. One of the two is not adequate. A real shame.

Excellent discovery in Tradate, concise menu as expected from a quality cuisine, which in fact does not disappoint expectations! Excellent execution and excellent attention to the customer in the room. Fair deal, we will definitely be back.

Locale raffinato e ambiente caldo. Ottime le pizze gourmet e il ristorante. Buona scelta di vini e birre artigianali Servizio curato e personale gentile.

Vecchio locale frutto di un discreto rinnovamento che paga il prezzo di essere ubicato in una via bruttina dell'altrettanto brutta Tradate. Appena entrati si viene accerchiati da responsabile e cameriere che ancora non hanno compreso che il tavolo non va assegnato come alla mensa degli alpini bensì ai clienti va permesso di scegliere tra sala, veranda e quale tavolo. A parte questo ho apprezzato una breve lista vini non troppo ricercata ed informale e una buona scelta di pizze con ottimi ingredienti e ben cucinate. Servizio rapido anzi rapidissimo anzi troppo troppo sbrigativo, fosse per loro avremmo mangiato pizza dolce e caffè in 40 minuti laddove le cameriere lasciano i piatti e non scambiano nemmeno una chiacchiera. Altro aspetto negativo i dolci, 5 varietà delle quali tre erano già terminate e stiamo parlando delle 20.00 del sabato sera! Ma come può terminare il dolce?!? In ogni caso abbiamo preso il tiramisù che era piccolo ma discreto e poi il caffè. Due pizze due birre da 33 cl da supermercato due dolci e caffè per 77 euro! Che dire prezzi troppo alti per location e servizio ma si può migliorare
