Siamo presso il ristorante CIBOMATTO DI VASTO cosa dire strepitoso il brodetto e fantastica la presentazione la consgliamo vivamente a tutti quelli che amano il pesce. Ci torneremo .

Prima di parlare di cibo bisogna dare valore al proprietario , appassionato,coinvolgente e sempre presente durante il servizio. Il brodetto vastese ( deve essere prenotato prima) vale il viaggio , saporito ricco e variegato. Prodotti di ottima qualità. Buona la carta dei vini e il prezzo in linea con la qualità del pasto. Da non tralasciare i dolci , noi abbiamo preso la millefoglie ai frutti di bosco ed era assolutamente stupenda..

We chose on the advice of locals. We booked brodetto. The service, specifically Mario, was excellent and "forced" us to only take the broth. Fair and honest advice. The brodetto was not only an exceptional dish, but also a particular ritual wanted by Mario. The course arrived in a huge earthenware tray. The broth is still boiling. So despite the abundance of fish we ate it all hot. Then the surprise, they collected the tray and cooked us in the sauce, some hats, exceptional. All good quality. Price €132 with two glasses of wine and 2 desserts. An advice The broth (100€) for 2 can easily be for 4 and therefore the costs are amortized

30/11/2024: The best fish in Chieti and surroundings hands down. Refined and fresh food. Elegant, welcoming and clean place. I have been going there weekly for more than ten years and have never left dissatisfied.
