Superlative in quality, variety and prices

I would like to offer my most sincere compliments to Riccardo, the chef, and to all the staff of the Cibaria restaurant for the excellent dish of meat daisies with pumpkin cream and walnut bread, which I took away. Even in this mode, the quality was impeccable. The daisies were cooked to perfection, with a rich and tasty meat filling, while the pumpkin cream and cherry tomatoes gave a delicate flavour, completing the dish sublimely. The walnut bread, fragrant and delicious, added that extra touch that made the experience even more special. It is really rare to find takeaway dishes with such attention to detail and flavour. Congratulations to all the staff for their attention and professionalism.

Young and comfortable place in the historic center. The cuisine is made of simple dishes cooked with care. Only advice: it would be nice if you used fresh pasta from your land. Excellent experience

Place of the heart, genuine and traditional flavours. Homemade cuisine with a large variety of excellent quality vegetable and non-vegetable dishes. Among the dishes of the heart: vegetables from the counter, in particular gratin peppers, broad beans and chicory, focaccia, scallops!

Locale piccolissimo trovato su indicazione dello speleologo della grotta del trullo.. Sitrova all'angolo di una piazzetta ed ha pochi posti interni e un dehors che con sto caldo non ho nemmeno pensato di mangiarci.. I piatti sono espressi.. il menù cambia ed ha poca scelta ma la materia prima è ottima.. I camerieri sono gentili Il prezzo onesto
