Super cool gem! Passionate people with smiley attitude. Great welcoming, great service, great food with the civility of "mezze porzioni" choices too. Super happy and surely we'll be back. Thanks :)

Don't be fooled by the small interior and short menu. Two of us went for dinner and had a wonderful time. The service was excellent and fast, and the waitress who served us was very friendly and welcoming. She even gave us some excellent advice based on any questions we had. We ordered a crostone to share as an appetizer, followed by a first course and a second course. The crostone was a great discovery: unique flavors that make you want to devour it. The first and second courses weren't exactly "pretty" in appearance, but they were truly delicious and flavorful! The prices were fair. The excellent background music was a plus. We'll be back. Recommended!

Heel vriendelijke bediening. Hij vertelde wat zijn lievelingsgerechten waren. Was geduldig en lief. Liet ons de biologische wijn proeven. Het eten was erg lekker en vegetarisch! Aanrader!!

I have been to Cibaria several times and I was really satisfied! The place is welcoming and very clean, the staff very kind and attentive. The service was quick and impeccable and is therefore also perfect for a lunch break. The dishes are really delicious, prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Furthermore, they also offer take-away service, ideal for those who want to enjoy genuine dishes at home or in the office. Highly recommended, I will continue to return often!

20/12/2025: Very nice, clean, and elegant place. Everything was delicious, top-quality, and the menu was extensive. They cater to allergies and intolerances. I had the best gluten-free pizza here: unrivaled, UNIQUE, TASTY, and TOPS, you almost don't realize it's actually gluten-free! The owner was super friendly, and the service was truly exceptional.
22/10/2025: On Tuesday evening we tried this place for the first time, we wanted to try the assassina and, I'll be honest, it was the best I've ever eaten, if you love assassina but done properly then you absolutely cannot miss this place.

23/10/2025: Amazing experience worth 5☆. Food was delicious, nicely paired with wine :) Interesting variations of traditional italian dishes every week. You must try mushroom tartar.
07/07/2025: We have been regular customers for years now and every time it's like being with family. Authentic hosts like Giovanni and Rosa are rare nowadays, it's hard to find people like them in other places. As well as the team in the restaurant and in the kitchen: the chef definitely deserves all 5 stars. By following the social profiles Instagram and Facebook you can stay up to date on the menu updated weekly (yes, the menu changes every week based on the availability of seasonal products and it's an incredible thing). Meticulous research obviously also extended to the cellar. When you find the cotoletta, the ignorant turnips, the caponata, or all the other first courses on the menu, cancel your commitments and call Giovanni to book a table!
