We have come with the family more than a few times, always and I mean always. We have been served and satisfied to perfection. Mauro is always kind, friendly and from the kitchen there has never been a dish that did not satisfy us. Thanks.

I don't usually write reviews after my first experience because I believe that once can be a lucky break, but four or five experiences are a confirmation. This is precisely the case with Cjasa Mata, which has now become my partner and I's favorite getaway. The amenity of the place and the ambiance in which we dine or lunch add a touch of elegance to the perfectly balanced dishes that the kitchen promptly serves. The service is high-quality, and you can feel the attention the owner and his staff give their guests without making them feel like guests. I absolutely recommend this restaurant, and last but not least, it offers excellent value for money. Franco

Each course is meticulously crafted, from appetizer to dessert, with surprising yet balanced flavor combinations. The homemade bread and desserts are an added touch that makes the experience even more special. The quality-price ratio is more than justified by the attention to detail, presentation, and flavor. It's a restaurant suitable for both romantic dinners and dinners with friends in an elegant yet unpretentious setting... We'll definitely be back!!

I stumbled upon it with my family almost by chance, without knowing it beforehand, and it was a pleasant surprise. The restaurant has an intimate and cozy atmosphere, perfect for those seeking a quiet evening. Each dish clearly demonstrates the great work that goes into it: nothing is left to chance, from the flavor combinations to the presentation. One aspect I particularly appreciated is the attention paid to vegetarians: you can enjoy a complete menu, from appetizer to dessert, without ever feeling like you're missing out. The service is professional, attentive, and discreet, instantly putting you at ease. A restaurant truly worth discovering and one I recommend without hesitation to anyone who wants to sample both traditional dishes and more unique and sophisticated offerings in a welcoming and peaceful environment. The tiramisu is tops!

15/02/2026: We met Francesco at a basic bread-making course organized by Slow Food, and then had the pleasure of trying both his brioches and puff pastry, as well as his 100% sourdough bread. What can I say... all our experiences with Fermento have been superb! Francesco is truly passionate and a fine scholar of his art. He pays attention to every detail and loves to share what he knows with unique generosity and clarity... and this can be tasted and appreciated in every bite, and in every Fermento creation! Both the bread and the brioches are truly kneaded, baked, and perfected to perfection. The flours and every ingredient are absolutely top-quality, and his love and passion for baking also translates into an excellent service and atmosphere! Well done, and full steam ahead! Thank you!
