Beautifully renovated old building (but also a bit winding and narrow hallway, some with stairs in between), nicely landscaped courtyard with small pool, closed parking spaces, good restaurant in the building; Breakfast buffet rather small in terms of selection - quality but good, room very clean and comfortable (pleasantly heated😃), nicely renovated bathroom. This was a second time we stayed here and again everything was seamless and inviting, the staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The rooms were new and pristine the daily cleaning was great. The breakfast was very good (buffet style) and the service staff attentive. We stayed in for dinner at the in house restaurant several times it was outstanding! If you have dinner order the Tiramisu (Live) they make it at the table, fantastic (Thank you Roberto!). The bar is open until midnight very good service and value. The pool was crystal clear and clean. Parking was ample and free. Shopping and restaurants right outside the property, which is secured at night. If you bring a lot of heavy luggage stay on the first floor (which is the second, no elevators). My wife and I stayed on the 2nd floor (3rd floor outside of Europe) but no problem the staff was willing to help. If you need anything or information just ask, truly amazing experience. The bill was exactly as stated in the reservation. We are going back in a few months and will stay here again!!

2nd time at Ciasa and both times were wonderful. The rooms were extremely clean and beds were very comfortable!! The staff was so kind and helpful! Can’t wait for the next time. Looking forward to the Spa!

Good day. This is mine to express a completely positive opinion about our stay in your facility. Kindness of all the staff, comfortable accommodation, nice room and much appreciated restaurant. The location is also very characteristic for the possibility of a morning breakfast in the decidedly picturesque internal courtyard.

A wonderful hidden gem that offers great air conditioned rooms, great staff, delicious food and an incredibly refreshing pool.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! What can I say, a great meal! Excellent meat and fish dishes, also delicious desserts. Competent service always available. I'll leave you a tip: ask Mrs. Tiziana for advice on an excellent wine to pair with your dishes. Congratulations to everyone!

A very pleasant discovery, the perfect place to spend a few relaxing days away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The room was very comfortable and clean, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. While the real gem is the park in the center of the structure, where the swimming pool is also located. In fact there is a huge magnolia under which you can sit with the deckchairs provided by the structure, and the possibility of having cocktails (very good) and aperitifs made by the bar there. Together with the bar there is also the restaurant, always open for dinner and sometimes also for lunch. We had the opportunity to eat there and I must say that the first courses are really excellent! The breakfast is basic but very good; with a choice of sweet and savory products. Another highlight of this place is the staff: always very kind and friendly! I felt pampered like I was at home, truly a rare quality to find. For the rest, the structure is close to a beautiful walk that leads to the nearby town of Polcenigo and beyond to the center of Budoia. If you intend to rest and be in peace this is truly the ideal place to spend a few days
