What makes Maa Beach special is the mix of natural beauty and chill vibes — it’s not overly crowded like other tourist spots, and you can really take your time to unwind. The water is perfect for swimming or just floating and enjoying the view of the rocky Ligurian coast. There’s a small bar/restaurant nearby where you can grab a drink or snack, and the staff are super friendly. It’s a bit rocky, so I’d recommend water shoes if you have sensitive feet, but the water and surroundings more than make up for it. Great place to watch the sunset too! If you’re looking for a quiet, authentic beach spot in Genoa away from the usual tourist crowds, Maa Beach is a fantastic choice.
