I wasn't expecting much when I passed by, but they ended up surprising me. The pasta was delicious, and the waitress who spoke Spanish was very friendly. I'll definitely go back if I return to Rome.

Highly recommended! The prices are super affordable, I'd say below average, and despite the prices, the quality is excellent. The waiter who served us was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the service was impeccable. If you're there, I recommend trying their artisanal panettone. It's delicious, soft, and enveloping, and the flavor is truly perfect. I'll definitely be back.

Jimmy number 1! Excellent service, excellent pastry shop with a wide selection of cakes and biscuits, even the pizza and piadinas are super quality, on Sundays for breakfast it's Ciardi!

After a very unpleasant experience nearby, this place was truly soothing. The delicious crostata and cannoli were great, but it was the amazing staff (especially Jimmy, the café’s director) who made us feel welcomed in a cosy, authentic Roman way. Avoid the overpriced restaurants and cafés in this area and come straight to Ciardi. You will not regret it. :)

01/06/2025: Nel complesso un’ottima esperienza. Locale piccolo e cibo di qualità. Potrebbe essere da cinque stelle ma il menù degustazione dovrebbe essere accompagnato da un servizio più attento e accurato. Da riprovare.

13/09/2025: A historic neighborhood rotisserie for a quick lunch or takeout. The excellent Roman-style tripe and vegetarian meatballs are noteworthy. A must-try if you're in the area.
