a really nice coffee shop to start your day of Rome touring, since it has really good coffe, one of the best i have tasted here. The sweets where also good , and the prices as expected. All in all, it is a nice place to sit down and do some people watching , before you head out for your shopping and stuff . It is conveniently located near all the shops ,and some of the main attractions of Rome. One point of notice, if you are late, the place fills up really fast, especially on a nice sunny day, so you might not find somewhere to sit. There are tables inside BUT they are self service, so its mainly Italian style , you know, espresso al banco etch. Recommended , but it s not like a hidden gem or anything, but Italians also seem to prefer it so i guess they know better than me

I didn’t eat at the tables, I just got some gelato from the counter as it was meant to be excellent.
I did enjoy the gelato, but sadly the staff weren’t very friendly and certainly didn’t make me feel welcome.
There was no smiles or greeting, just frowns and not the best.
Nice location and tables outside and busy, just shame the service at the counter was a little sad.

I'm a regular customer; I usually go to this bar on Sunday or Saturday afternoons.
A friend of mine and I asked for a table for two and ordered from the cafeteria menu.
After sitting for half an hour, the waiter asked us to change tables, even though he had assigned them to us right when we arrived. The problem was the way he told us to change the table and his lack of savoir faire in handling the situation.
He also subsequently brought us the bill, which we hadn't asked for.
I also have a family restaurant in a tourist area, and I wouldn't like my staff to handle situations this way.
The waiter must be accustomed to anticipating situations if that table was needed for other guests, as it could be combined with another given its location. It shouldn't have been offered as a table for two in advance, especially on weekends given the influx of customers.
It's important for us restaurateurs to leave feedback to ensure an ever-improving service.

Everything was delicious, but without a doubt what we enjoyed most were their coffees, the ristretto was so good, we had it several times.
