What a wonderful welcome to Rome that having a delicious Italian meal and served by an amazing person. We shared 3 different dishes and everyone was to impressed. The porchetta was so different and the best I ever had. However, Elisa our server made our experience more memorable, she was friendly and super attentive. She impressed me since she was the only one taking care of everyone in the restaurant and never I felt neglected..

Excellent experience at Ciacco Restaurant Bistrot! The modern and welcoming environment pairs perfectly with the impeccable hospitality of the staff. The Roman cuisine shines but there are also innovative dishes. The generous mixed platter offers first choice cold cuts and cheeses. The cacio e pepe, balanced and very tasty, and the amatriciana with its irresistible sauce represent tradition at its best. Excellent value for money for an authentic Roman gastronomic experience.

I've been going to Ciacco for years now. I have lived in Rome for 10 years and unfortunately I have noticed the habit of selling around platters/aperitifs, often few products and of poor/very poor quality at very high prices, which is why I go back and forth to Ciacco who has a delicious platter to use as an aperitif. with products of the highest quality, abundant, refined, at a fair price. Over time I have returned, also experimenting with the first courses, the second courses and the burgers which are equally good, they change during the seasons but remain good, refined, tasty. The service is friendly, attentive, welcoming, never indisposed, never intrusive, always precise. In particular, for some time now there has been Khaled, an exquisite person, professional but who also puts you at ease, available for every request (except Coca Cola, they don't have that, too bad, but we love him anyway) .

I went there with a friend of mine who is a regular customer of the restaurant and I was absolutely amazed. The carbonara was delicious, probably the best I've ever eaten. The dessert was equally good! Friendly service, nice atmosphere and adequate prices for the product offered.
