Really good sushi. They have a limited selection of dishes on the classic ayce menu, but they make up for it with their "starters," a list of dishes they make themselves. Very good and unique. We'll definitely be back. The only downside is that they raised the price of the set menu the day we went, without warning when I booked.
Edit: We returned after about 7 months. Even better. Kudos to you for your skill in presenting a menu with new, unique, and delicious dishes.

You can find all-you-can-eat restaurants in Rome, and in my opinion they're currently the best. I'm not saying I've tried them all, but there are around twenty of them.

A truly enjoyable evening with friends, made even more special by the impeccable hospitality. The restaurant manager was exceptionally kind and friendly: he welcomed us with great professionalism and guided us through our selection of dishes, recommending truly unique options that exceeded all expectations.
The cuisine is refined and meticulously crafted, with authentic flavors and elegant presentations. The atmosphere is warm and relaxing, and the service is prompt and attentive.
An experience I highly recommend: Chopstik Parioli is the perfect place for a dinner with friends or a special evening, where you can feel pampered and discover unforgettable flavors. Kudos to the entire staff!

All-you-can-eat restaurant with fair prices: lunch on weekdays €21.90, weekends and holidays €23.90, dinner €29.90. Varied menu including sashimi, nigiri, teppanyaki, and other Asian dishes. Modern atmosphere and fairly fast service. A good choice for those who want all-you-can-eat sushi at a fixed price.

Everything was truly excellent... the staff were friendly, and I commend the manager for his experience and hospitality... he was able to recommend dishes I wouldn't have tried otherwise, with more than positive results.
