I have to give my biggest compliments to this place. I showed up alone on Monday 16th towards the evening after transport traffic was blocked due to a major accident. The place is very clean, well-kept and welcoming, they immediately welcomed me not only with a smile but also in a professional and attentive way, making me feel pampered and in company (despite the situation). Exceptional dishes with truly particular research, fresh and inviting sashimi with no minimum serving limit (which happens very often in other places), professional waiters who are attentive to the customer with very simple manners and a friendly attitude towards the customer (they have never made me feel unwanted or alone). Quality and fair price. I recommend it to everyone

I loved everything at Parioli especially the helpful staff and great all you can eat food including unlimited sushi. I recommend it.

Excellent sushi even if the old version with churrasco was something else...! The rooms that I personally find narrow and poorly lit need to be improved.

Came here for lunch with my Roman wife and her mother. We ended up having a family and friends dinner here a few days later because the service was amazing. They deliver food with lightning speed, which was a letdown at Connichiwa in Prati and a negative staple for Goki- which is now permanently closed. The sushi at nearly every all you can eat restaurant in Rome is excellent. So service gives them staying power, and Chopstick has another location in Prati so they must be doing well. Domo in Northern Rome is also very good, La Dogana is great for Ostiense, and Zuma takes the crown with their elegance and formal service. Great for an impressive date but expect to spend hundreds. Chopstick is perfect for a cheap Pariolini.
