This is certainly not your average Japanese sushi restaurant. The fusion atmosphere is small but functional. The menu is extensive and varied. The food is excellent, with delicious flavors. But what's truly impressive is the courtesy of the staff. A mix of formal Japanese courtesy and Roman spontaneity. We really had a great time! Congratulations, 10 out of 10!

It's considered the best all-you-can-eat restaurant in Rome, and rightly so. The service is excellent and fast, not to mention the manager, who always tries to make you feel at ease. It's no coincidence that I'm a regular here, and everyone I've brought here has returned.

Chopstick Parioli is a gem for sushi lovers.
The quality of the fish is excellent, always fresh and well-prepared, with meticulous presentation that makes each dish a feast for the eyes.
The menu offers a good variety, from classic nigiri and rolls to more creative options, all carefully crafted.
The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff are friendly and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable.
Excellent value for sushi of this caliber.
Recommended for a special dinner or a relaxing lunch.

The quality of some dishes is very high, but the menu lacks more traditional rolls. Service is slow, dishes are cleared late, and the last order never arrives even after a reminder.

The place is very beautiful, elegant and well-kept, the staff is kind and competent. However, I have some reservations about the food: the portions are too small and the menu is not very varied. I understand the attention to waste, but elegance should be accompanied by more choice and dishes that best represent Japanese cuisine. Furthermore, if the portions remain so small, it would be right for the prices to be more appropriate too.

Good sushi all you can eat, very nice place, very fast and polite service. During the week I have the impression that the quality of the dishes is higher than on weekends, but maybe it was just a coincidence :)
