Chiosco Mentana In Milano

A pleasant Milanese aperitif spot in the heart of the city, halfway between the Duomo and the Colonnades.

We happened upon this place quite by chance – the place was busy, with lots of young people, and a pleasant and positive atmosphere. We spontaneously decided to join them with an Aperol. The prices were a bit high, but the atmosphere and the crowd were very pleasant. We had a really lovely last evening in Milan before heading home the next day.

Great place to grab a beer and have an aperitivo in the heart of 5 Vie. There's a great selection of beers, and the atmosphere is really nice.

The fact that they don't accept Amex is counterintuitive. It's the target.

Spacious outdoor aperitivo spot tucked away in a leafy square. Crowd is trendy and atmosphere is buzzy but relaxed. Thought the staff were kind and friendly — got seated without a reservation and was offered prosciutto to go with my wine!

Always a very nice and well-attended place, an excellent meeting point on beautiful (rare) Milanese days. It's a shame, however, that there are few places for the people who frequent it and very often they are booked (unexpected from a kiosk but it is really full of people). We take a standing spritz for 10 euros, which is still not cheap. Take a seat and it becomes impossible to have something to eat. Partly because of the time, it was already 8pm, partly because of the people... Those added cannot be understood as criticism because it is a kiosk, therefore it has a limited capacity, but a very high turnout :/ Go by 5.30pm and stay calm

Nice for an after work drink but definitely overpriced for the location.
